Well the way I see it everyones really over looking Kings Mountain. You all might just get fooled.

If your knew anything about your school, you'd know our biggest rival beat havelock at state...of course, you don't know about that.
You jumped on the bandwagon with Havelock after 2011...and you'll be gone after they become irrelevant...and they will... Havelock is no different from Independence, West Rowan, JH Rose and most recently Northern Guilford.
Flash teams. You show up, win a few titles...and then disappear for however long and dropping to average or below average.
It's all good though, Crest will end this streak. Cleveland County will own Havelock.
So let me get this straight, your bringing up a state title (from another team) from 28 years ago to try to illustrate that your team will beat Havelock in 2014? That's some interesting Cleveland County logic right there.

Crest91 were you saying independence was a flash team? Maybe I read that the wrong way but didnt independence own the nations longest winning streak and win 8 state titles in a row not too long ago?
In an argument, you could say Independence was a flash team...They are better now, but Tom knotts left and they fell apart...Tom knotts leaves the year right after Independence loses their first game in 6 or 7 years...
Now they are undefeated again, however, I really don't think they are considered the same caliber team undeafeated as they were 7 years ago.
Plus Independence is a team surrounded with recruiting rumors...and to think they didn't IMO is just naive

And that argument would be a poor one. I'm sorry but you how can you say 4 > 7? What Independence accomplished will probably never be repeated in NC football and to try to put a team like Crest (or Havelock for that matter) on their level is misguided. 7 years in a row in the states highest division is not a flash in the pan.
As for recruiting allegations could we get a couple of Burns posters to comment on that

If I may 91.we finished 4 and 6 and should but had successes that the record won't show. No excuses. No blame. It is what it is. We will be back next year. I stopped with the recruiting talk back in July. Havelock folks 3 starters left our program for crest. Good enough 91????
I wont get too much into the recruiting talks again cause it never ends well, but yes 3 very good starters left. IMO Ramsuer was the one that hurt the most. Our QB fits our offense better than the other guy anyways.
Well they would not have been "took" if they didn't want to be taken. I knew all 3 situations and I don't think these boys were recruited nor do I care. I am not the typical angry Burns fan about it because it opened the door for us to develop younger players for the future. 3 sophomores filled these positions and will be 3 year starters. Anyway, good luck tonight, Its gonna be cold.

So what should Crest do? Not play the guys that transferred in? If that is a Belmont thing then I'm gonna correlate that with a stupid thing.
Like I said before, Second shift was temporary. I know more older Burns coaches than I do new ones but from what I know we have some good ones. As far as being on the inside you are not even close. I am now back on first shift but I work 4 10's and off Fridays. DBD will never reveal his true identity. But keep looking.
