He also picked Tuscola to beat us.
Didnt say his system was perfect but I challenge anyone to hit with his accuracy year after year. Give me 80% odds on ANYTHING and I'll take it everyday.
He also picked Tuscola to beat us.
color me impressed. Greeneville doesnt have a rivalry anywhere close to this and i cant wait to visit Pisgah next year. I might even have to go check out the rivalry game. Well, Greene Devils looks like since we dont have a rivalry like that one, we might as well just spank them black bears and send them back licking their wounds so they can bounce back and get a big win over Polk County
Love the enthusiasm manCan you hear that? ITS THE SIRENS FOR THE BEARNADO THATS ABOUT TO HIT THE DEVIL WORSHIPPERS OF GREENeVILLE!!!! I must first start with a confession, cause I've been sinning it up lying to y'all this whole week. We don't run no lame triple option like little brother on the other side of the county. We've got an overwhelming air raid led by our own junior quarterback with a stable of studs to toss it up to!!! And after you get tired of chasing them around the field we've got a nosebreakin jaw crackin running back that's gonna make you wish cousin/mama never let you play in the first place! Our line is experienced and lives to put the devil in its place! Our defense is led by a studly defensive line with linebackers that will take that pitchfork and shove it up the devils rear end! Our secondary lives to create turnovers and salivates at the opportunity. It's gonna be a sad night at the John Deere factory and what's even sadder is how bad you're gonna feel after Florida ensures a miserable weekend by beating down them Tennessee Volunteers!!! GO BEARS
I see what you did their 49-14 it's a win win for you huhGame Day!!!!!!!
Let's go Get this win Greeneville!
Devils win convincingly in this game 49-14!
MERCYYYYYYYY!!!!!!
Your gonna be really upset later lolI see what you did their 49-14 it's a win win for you huh
Good luck both teams go Bears ( well atleast cover)
That was a good read WNC. You gonna gm e at the game tonight?Unfortunately, I know that some of the young black bears that will be playing tonight have been reading and following this pretty awesome thread this week... So, with that being said, I just wanna tell you young fellow black bears a few things before tonight. First off, most of y'all know me from my visits at camp the last couple of years and a few guest appearances here and there on campus and such over the last few years. Young black bears, nobody expects y'all to win tonight... Which is the best thing that y'all have going for ya (Nobody expected App State to beat Michigan either.) You guys have nothing to lose, but everything to gain. You're either gonna shock the high school football world or you're gonna get drilled. If y'all get beat then this time next week, nobody will even be talking about it anymore. It will be over and done with and people will move on because that's what expected... But, if guys pull it off and shock those goofy Greene Devils tonight then people will be talking about this game and you guys and your courageous performance for years to come and that will be a highlight of your life that you'll never forget. I've played in probably the biggest game in Pisgah High School history, meaningful wise and attendance wise anyways (the 2006 regional champ. against Shelby in front of 15,000 and in my opinion one of the best teams Shelby has ever had.) I still think think to this day that we were the better team and got screwed over, but that's besides this point. Don't let the circumstances and adrenaline get you. I took the first play of that game to the house in what is still one of the most memorable plays ever. Any one of you guys can do the same tonight! There's no one I'd rather have by my side than some good ol' Haywood County boys. I played 4 years of college football at WCU after leaving Pisgah. I set records in a lot of different categories there and did it against some of the best teams ever assembled in CFB while I was there (The Bama Dynasty, UGA, Florida State, LSU, etc.) But nothing compared to those FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS. I've played with guys from probably all 50 states and in the end, there's no one I'd rather play, fight, bleed, sweet, or anything else with than my former Canton brothers. We're bred from a different cloth. I don't know what it is, we're tougher, we're meaner, we're just different. Go out there tonight and play your hearts out guys! Be a memory. You got this! Roll back into town victorious tonight. I wish i could go out there with y'all tonight and strap up but I can't... So, leave everything on that field and most importantly just HAVE FUN guys. We support y'all no matter what! Always.

This was the second game in a row that went into overtime before the Bears won.Was also one that will be remembered around here for a long time. The young man that scored the TD there at the end to help put it into overtime is currently playing for the Miami Hurricanes.
The half and half that night was worth over 19,000.
What are you talking about?I graduated from Canton a long time ago.My sons never played. How does a Erwin alumni who's son grew up and played there most of his life become the spokesman for Haywood County football?

That's not a far drive at all. You could make it easily by 730. But it may not be worth the drive for the loss Man.@Devilman03, I'm gonna try my best to be man. Got a cousin and some neighbors playing tonight for PHS. I don't get off work until 5 or so in Asheville, so we'll see. Lol.
It would be nice if we had someone with your speed tonight. You guys may have lost that game in 2006 but Shelby knew they had dodged a bullet. So far no other Bear team has made it that far.[/QUOTE]
Wptlradio.netAnyone know what radio station covers Pisgah? I like to listen to the visiting team announcers a little bit at the game
Kev o is a good one wnc. Give anything to see that young man be able to put on some pads and get out thereIt's okay, @Kev-O AS and @appvol. My records speak for themself. (Josh Cockrell) if you wanna look me up. What's your real life names and what have y'all ever done?
Might be right if you were playing Greenville,Nc but your not. Your playing the GreenEville Greene Devils! 49-14 Devils!!! Book it!!!Loved watching "Uncle Rico" play. If he were playing I'd say Bears 72-Greenville-7. But without him I'm gonna go Bears 56 Greenville 14
Always that way. Greeneville takes up half the visitors side tooLooks like some homers need to move to their side. Pretty rude if you ask me. We're out of seats here.
If you are not from here you wont get it. And no one on either side of the county care if you do or don't.All that hype and they both got smoked in the playoffs!
