GreenEville Vs. Pisgah

They will need more than they showed last year in the regional finals. We are pretty much the same team excluding a LB and the secondary. They were averaging over 50 points a game last year and put up a goose egg against us. Unless something drastic has happened I dont see it happening.
We will be playing in December. I'll check you guys out over Thanksgiving if y'all are still alive.
I wouldn't want to deal with South Point at anytime, after watching them dismantle both Haywood teams last year, and returning pretty much the same team this year. Pisgah and Shelby always seems to be a good game, would be nice to see them again down the road....the 2006 Shelby/Pisgah tussle was still one of the best games I have ever seen.
I have a suggestion. If South Point and Greeneville play one another. They should play at WCU. I'd go to that game.
Hey,I have no problem with being called a mountain team.You can most certainly see the mountains from many parts of Greeneville.I'm proud of those Greene county mountains.Beats the hail out of most places I've been to in the world.I'm sure you guys feel the same about the other side of those mountains.Now as to this game.What Greeneville done 6 years ago or 6 days ago won't mean crap if they don't show up ready to play in just a few hours against what I expect to be a tough NC bunch.
The football team has way more fight in them than their fans. I work with a bunch of Tuscola fans and they didn't have one word to say after the game and very little before it. They're a beaten bunch.
All of our games are usually like this if we can get the other side to talk. On coacht our pages usually go deep in double digits

( que late 70s tv show incredible hulk music here) Devilman is actually David Banner from the that show, so watch it boys....haha.....ive had a blast reading these posts this week.....been one of the more entertaining threads in some time....bet you didnt know we could read over here did you? Hey look, bottom line here.....us simple east tennessee folks aint nearly as high falutin as you cultured western N.C. boys, but we know a little something about a little something when it comes to two things....football and backer growin and since there wont be any backer growin contests goin on friday night in our stadium named for that exact thing ( sorta) that narrows it down to football, which spells trouble for you boys, so come on across that there mountain, take yer lickin like a man and we might just feed ya before we send ya back home beaten and embarassed......seriously though thanks for the great entertainment this week on here and please travel safely and most of all have a great time....we'll try to have the outhouses cleaned up fer yee.

color me impressed. Greeneville doesnt have a rivalry anywhere close to this and i cant wait to visit Pisgah next year. I might even have to go check out the rivalry game. Well, Greene Devils looks like since we dont have a rivalry like that one, we might as well just spank them black bears and send them back licking their wounds so they can bounce back and get a big win over Polk County

Glad you can read or had someone do research for you...hell at one time Army and navy were national powers in college football..the current staff has been at franklin 11 yrs is why I said 11 years...hell no one denies before 2000 (when goldsmith took over for 5 yrs) that franklin football was very close to PITIFUL...
Anyone know what radio station covers Pisgah? I like to listen to the visiting team announcers a little bit at the game
The thing that impresses me about Greeneville is their line ,big and create holes big enough to run a truck through,their running back looks like a truck.They protect their QB give him plenty of time.So can they be beat?Any team can be beat.No doubt this is a big test for my Bears .If they play mistake free and keep Greeneville offence off the field with long drives we have a chance.I think a game like this helps in the long run.If the Bears keep it close going into the fourth quarter we can win.Hope everyone has a safe trip and.Go Bears.
Saw were your local paper thinks this will be a high scoring affair. It Science Hill couldn't put up more than 26 on us I don't think Pisgah will let alone 43 lol
