I am uncertain how much a week 3 game applies to this game. Whiteville holding James Kenan or any team to under 200 total yards is amazing for sure.
On the other side JK threw the ball 18 times against Whiteville with some success. That is concerning.
I will say this about speed. You know which team always looks the fastest? The one with better coaching and scheming. The ones with better tackling techniques. I remember the SWO guys 10-15 years ago talking about their unrivaled speed. You don’t think they still have athletes? What they don’t have is Phil Padgett. That’s not to say Grady and his staff aren’t good but they still have some years to grow.
Whiteville coach Price has been around the game and access to a great coach for many years.
Coach Moore has been around for a long time too.
