7. Tucker Holloway WR/return man to VA Tech, was just ACC specialist of the week and set VT return yardage record last weekend. On VA Tech roster he lists his hometown school (Andrews), but he transferred to Rabun Gap after his junior year and was their leading receiver last year.
I'm not sure this year's Rabun Gap team has quite that many top prospects, but the cupboard isn't bare either. And AC Reynolds played that game without their Duke-bound safety. They may still lose, but not sure the loss to Rabun Gap means much.

If you know days in advance that the weather is going to be horrible, I don’t know why both teams wouldn’t just move the game to Thursday or Saturday. For the sake of the players, the bands, the fans, etc.
Whoever loses is going to say “it would have been nice to have played in better conditions”. And the seniors who lose will say it the rest of their lives. Maybe the thinking is “nobody is gonna drive 2 hours from Charlotte to sit in pouring down rain. This will help our home field advantage”???
I'm almost positive they do. Rain should about be moved out by Friday night.
Yes we have turf, all schools in our county have turf.
I don’t believe we are playing Friday because we think it will slow them down. From what I’ve been told by more then one person at ACR they feel the weather will be out of the area by 7pm or at the least 8pm. We don’t want to play in the rain either, we depend on our speed as well, especially on defense.
I notice lot times when they call for rain system to come in. It will move out quicker than what they call for. Now will the rain move in n out quicker than what they say is yet to be seen. I’ve seen the same thing about snow.
Rain may not affect Chambers speed, but playing on turf may make them a little quicker. Every time I have been to a game at Chambers their field was soft, and sometimes almost muddy. I have a feeling they may like the turf.
Talk about stepping on toes. 😂 No reason for you to come over to the 4A board trolling anytime soon. after that 42-0 running clock beat down you guys received last night from Burns. Reynolds might be special this year, but your squad is definitely not. 🤷🏾♂️😂

Over here by Reynolds right now it’s laying it down pretty good. The good news is, it’s supposed to let up by 5-6
1) Yes the canned audio is rediculous but you can mute it. 2) It is giving you access that you wouldn't otherwise get at all. 3) It is up to each individual school what or how much more they put into it the stream beyond the basic set up. ACR occasionally has actual announcers and color commentators. They do one of the better jobs I've seen. 4) The scoreboard issues are a bad synch between the OBS and the clock. Yes, the ones that have a dedicated camera pointed at the scoreboard are much better. 5) I've watched Hudl vs NFHS stream videos taken from the same camera and it is pretty obvious that the NF quality is degraded quite a bit. Whether that is due to the internet connection at the stadium, I'm not sure. Play On Sports is the actual media partner that handles the streaming for NFHS. I'd direct comments to them. Maybe they'll make some improvements.
