isn’t it a little odd that these people citing the covid numbers are the same ones who support legalized abortion, which claim around 4 times as many lives EVERY year?
Isn’t it a little odd that most people calling COVID a hoax (with 247,000 dead) are the same who support and yell voter fraud/election fraud with zero evidence?
There is evidence that there is voter fraud. Maybe just not enough to overturn the election. All votes should be sent to a central location and let the Military count them with both parties there so all legal votes get counted correctly. Once again NOBODY has called COVID a HOAX. Did you know that 40% of Covid deaths come from Nursing Homes. So what’s the agenda.

Rural areas have caused the numbers to spike! It’s like you defeat your own purpose each time you respond. Maybe the rural areas should believe in the science as opposed to saying it doesn’t exist. Covid cases are exploding in schools, but I’m guessing you don’t read the paper because it’s “media controlled.” Charlotte Country Day just forfeited in the playoffs due to COVID.
All of us work for a living. I’m lost at the suggestion that those that disagree dont. Multi-tasking isn’t that hard. We all enjoy the freedoms, but freedom comes with sacrifice especially during a dang pandemic. It’s not about fear it’s about saving lives. What do you not understand about that. The science is out. Guess that science is intended to control thenarrative, right?
The economy sucks, stocks are up but the economy as a whole is down. One of you all commented that big business was killing small business as part of the “agenda,” yet you say businesses are coming back. Which is it?
An agenda would be downplaying the virus while knowing its lethality. It would be pushing a false narrative to your supporters knowing the damage it would do to what they believe about the virus. It would be pushing the cause of the virus towards a racist saying that those who follow you would regurgitate. The agenda would falsify data, repeat false claims, and risk the lives of those around them to score political points. The agenda would be so well done that guys from rural areas would use the exact same talking points while the numbers rise daily, schools close, hospitals are full, and we have to limit numbers during the holidays. You my friend are pushing the agenda. Below is the link for the rural cases going up. I would tell you that google is your friend but you respond that google is some conspiracy aimed at focusing media one way. SMH!

Until all states require that the “electors” strictly honor the wishes of the majority of votes in those states, the electoral college will always be suspect.
Consider this. If the legislature in NC were only slightly Democrat majority, the legislature could flip the electoral vote, against the will of those who just voted and give the state to Biden.
I understand why people in smaller states like the electoral college. But it’s far from perfect. Remember that the whole system was geared toward mistrust of “commoners” who couldn’t be trusted to make the right decision.

The electoral college hasn’t voted against the electorates wishes since the civil war. It was established to help commoners have the same opportunities as everyone. Don’t rewrite history. It was geared up to give states rights and power to check the federal government. We certainly have moved away from that to a totalitarian government that resembles nazis or Russians. The founding fathers left most things up to individual states to decide because they we’re trying to prevent another monarchy. They also were for the middle class. They wanted shop owners and farmers to pay less tax, keep more of their money. Remember no taxation without representation?

We apparently were taught history a little differently from each other. I agree about the states rights, but not about the role commoners were to play.
So called “faithless electors” occurred as recently as 2016. Eight for Clinton and two for Trump. No effect on the election, but it can be.

Yeah, of, by and for the people as long as they were white male property owners. Look back at the early days before there was a vice presidential role and when the intent was to have state legislatures decide the president. Less about the rights of states and more about avoiding foreign interference and negating the roles of governors.

I don’t think anyone thinks covid doesn’t exist. It’s the severity of it, and how we are shutting everything down because of it.

Per the CDC, there were 34,200 deaths from influenza in 2018-2019 and 47,596 from pneumonia over the same time period. That means that last year, there were 81,796 deaths from both the flu and pneumonia combined. In 9 months, 243,000 have died from COVID.
You all push this “living in fear” talking point to an outrageous degree. The phrase itself is intended to normalize the disease. Time after time we’ve seen people repeat the same phrase, catch Covid, and only then understand how serious it is. It’s simple science

Of the 246,000 COVID deaths, how many of those had underlying condition? A couple months ago the CDC came out and said around 4-6% of COVID deaths were COVID alone the rest was a result of COVID and some other issue(s). The average age of a COVID death is like 77.48 years old. Average age of death in America is 78.54. Again numbers from CDC a few weeks back. I have tried to locate them again but yes I failed so question me all you want.

I just have a hard time believing all the #’s. I do know for those that test positive, each additional positive is counted as a new case. At least that is what the Health Dept was told to do from the state level. I just don’t have a lot of trust in this whole situation. But I do know it is bad and I am ready to never hear COVID-19 again.

You sir are correct. Again this is hearsay but from a credible source. Would turn over fans after each game. No idea how this would work. Parents NEED to be there. I feel Parents MUST be there but I have 0 say in this.
25 is the current number for volleyball. In the CCC, an agreement is that only home fans will be admitted.
I have heard that only 2 people per player will be allowed at home games only for basketball. Visiting teams cannot have fans. That is again not confirmed but I have heard it from multiple people.
Crazy, as a parent that would Kill me not to be able to watch my child.
