Yes. Great coach. 🙄. I can’t wait to play them going forward now that we finally have kids coming back out. I’m so sick of hearing how great they are. I don’t remember them winning anything. Conference ? I’m only glad that Coach Robinson stayed in Yancey. I’m fairly certain we can defend the QB power going forward. That eliminates 95% of the offense.

Now business really ramps up, as we head to EF for rd3. If we play how we did last night, we will get absolutely wiped off the map. And it’ll happen quick. East will easily have the most explosive offense we have seen this season, and it’s not particularly close. I suspect we are going to even have a slight chance, we will need to win a shootout type of a game. I’m not sure we have the defense to slow East down.

On to the 3rd round. Not sure how many times this has been in the past years but I know it’s been many that Tarboro will be playing on Thanksgiving week! Warren County cannot be taken for granted! They’ll be coming in prepared from a great young g head couch & ready to play! Tarboro will be focused as always and ready to play. Let have a great week of practice and be prepared! As we saw yesterday with Reidsville everything is possible! Never take an opponent for granted!

South Point made an abnormal amount of metal mistakes last night that haunted them. Credit Ashbrook for being able to successfully run on us better than I have seen a team do in many years.

Good season fellas, no team making a deep run this year unfortunately. Good competition during conference play though. Realignment will be interesting. Round ball and wrestling mat for the next few months.

Just to think East didn’t have a varsity team a few years ago because things were so terrible

Even without a passing attack, they will be a tough out. Two tough, slippery and talented running backs operating behind a solid OL, it will interesting to see if they can continue the momentum gained with the exciting, one-point win at Reidsville.
