Better play 4 quarters ball next week unlike two quarters this week we quit at halftime and that's very unusual for Mt Airy most time 3rd and 4th we play lights out
You are absolutely correct. specially after last week when I though we played our most complete game so far this season. Not only was the team completely out of sorts during the entire 2nd half, so was the coaching staff. No way to win a state championship if we have this game again.
This is the game everyone has been waiting for. Does anyone have a score prediction ? It could be another close match with one or the other winning by a touchdown, or that is what this TD predicts. It could be Mount Airy with that home-field advantage. If so they will have to play 4 good solid Qtrs. I think both teams tried to not show their game plan this week or Mount Airy anyway. They need to get it together and play their best game of the season from here on out. I believe Mount Airy can win at home by 2 TDs.I really would like to see a 3-repeat again this year because it may be their last chance with Shelby in the mix next year and it was almost Reidsville too but they got moved up to 4A. Good Luck and Go 🐻 🏈 for 🏆 Number 3 because I am not sure I can take another of this.

I believe best chance Starmount has of making a game out of this is be run heavy Mount Airy s defence puts to much pressure on QB to try and throw the ball half the time especially if the weather is bad .I think the Bears defence is very good so more than likely it's going to take 28 points to win this game can Starmount score that many is to be seen .the Rams do have a very good team ,but my gut says. Rams 17 Bears 27
It is 4:25 AM and I am so sleepy and tried 3 different times to sleep and lay there with my mind going wide open like my brain just keeps going from this thought to that like changing and channel surfing on the TV. Im just not sure about MA right now by what im seeing. Have they got better each week? Are they disciplined? Do they have leaders? MIC threw for over 200yds on a very windy night. Will be without #10 starting LB dont ask why and #1 was hurt in 1st half. Sure hope the coaches have them ready bc last night they looked bad in 2nd half.
I'll be curious to see how Starmount comes out. They obviously got caught looking ahead to Mount Airy.

Mt Airy has all the tools to win this game. The question is: Do they have to true, down deep desire, the single focused ness, unquestioned purpose and togetherness to will the win?
Last night Mt Airy looked like it for all of the first half except the final 2 minutes or so.
The second half, well, not so much. Not sure of the reason or reasons but while the wheels did not completely come off, they certainly were not on tight any longer.

No they didn’t. South Stanly could throw the ball. Sorry refs, but a lot of crazy calls went against the Rams last night….18 penalties for 135 yards.
Starmount had 56 carries for 303 rushing yards with 5 TDS and 162 passing. Not bad stats for being behind the chains all night!!

Sorry, that was something I had saved since before they won the 2022 & 2023 and I guess I screwed it up and never had it all.
