Nice try but, nope..Take a survey, see who cares..Just ED alums, parents, fans.. Unless these coaches were old, and didn't want the responsibility of being head coach, or worked a job outside the school system, and couldn't commit the time to being head coach, they're not head coaches now for a reason...Facts..I used to coach wrestling at SW. I was offered the job to be head coach there, and many other schools, but couldn't take the responsibility of running a program because I work at CSX and I could be in one of three states on a daily basis. Matter of fact, if you're ever in SW, look in the trophy case...Every trophy in there for wrestling, I either helped win as a wrestler or coach. Good coaches don't take demotions or they will move else where if they are alpha dogs.

I mean, if he is actually a flag football coach that only proves my point about our opponents coaches. I had no reason to look it up, nor did I care. It is funny though. 🤷‍♂️😂

We already lost to East Davidson at home 4 times the last couple years, that should speak more. Anyways, West Davidson finished 6-5, not a great team but not the usual 0-10, 2-8, 3-8, 4-8 teams they normally field. That's not hard to look up.

Hopefully accumulation will not happen, but if it does one of the biggest problems can be trying to keep yard lines, side lines, and end zones visible. I would imagine a place like Wautauga has access to snowblowers (or whatever it takes) to at least make sure the field is readable.

Clearing a place to sit could be every man for himself. Or maybe this won't be nearly as bad as it could be.

I certainly respect the job the young men and the coaches at Heritage have done this year. Truly. But I watched the Draughn-Heritage game, from the stands. Not on TV, not heard over the radio. I was there.
I will walk home with no shoes or socks if Heritage gets to come to Mt Airy and rides back with a "W".

I said then that MH was well coached. But.... you can not win if you can not score.
And you can not win if you can not stop the Bears from scoring almost at will.

In the 2-A bracket, we've still got East Duplin, Eastern Wayne and East Surry along with East Rutherford in the final 32.
GO EAST!

And not to be confused even more, we've got these other compass point schools still going : West Stokes, West Craven, Northeastern, Southeast Alamance, FarmVille Central and Green Central. Why not King, Vanceboro, Elizabeth City, Haw River, FarmVille and Snow Hill???

There's something about having the traditional city names in the 2-A bracket: Princeton, Kinston, Monroe, Maiden, Shelby, Whiteville and Reidsville.
