Brad Frodge Head Coach at South Stanly for the past three seasons has resigned his position with the football program to spend more time with his family.

Tells you South doesn't have anything this year. Just send what talent you got to NS & pack it in. Get ready for softball & baseball. NS taking the football players and South taking the baseball players. Talk is South getting their hands on some transfers.

Heard Frodge is leaving SS bc his wife got a big job in Hickory. Frodge was hired by Luke at SS. I'm sure he will be at Freedom this year. Not hearing good things from Stanley Co and not much from SS so how could this job be appealing?? Typically a baseball school

With Stanly County not filling a lot of positions that are opening up, there is talk they may not fill the PE position left open by Frodge. If that is the case they more than likely will have to fill from the school.

Pending approval from the Board of education Ryan Ochier defensive coordinator at Thomasville the past two seasons will be the new head coach at South.
