I had all the above boys & girls scores posted on a myTwitter account as I usually do here and there as scores come in before transferring here and only waiting for tarheel1970 to post his North Stokes score to post what I had found. Congrats to all the winners and North & South Stokes Boys for their close games and not giving up :)

North Stokes vs East Surry & Bishop vs South Stokes were the best games of the night in the NWC or the MVC from what I hear from you and the play by play updates I got on the Bishop vs South Stokes

Got an email this morning saying to ignore these negative comments that they were from a few jealous posters that could only get attention attacking others and myself and my scores. The more I thought about it today, that seems to be true because I have just been posting scores on this thread and there was no need to say what has been said to me. I posted football scores on Twitter and other forums this fall and was going to do football here this year but changing my mind very quickly.

I use Twitter and at least 4 or more other sources to get these scores. I am not finding BBall scores like I could find all the football scores I wanted to post last fall and posted on MyTwitter and two other message boards, one was only part of the time, the other was every Friday night. If you get a score on Twitter and I don't post it because we don't have the same friends. Post it and don't cry because I missed it. Anyone can post their scores and I will like your post and consolidate all scores together. Good Luck to all playing tonight from the West to the East ! ! I will do the best I can . Conference playoffs are going to be interesting and may be some upsets.

I hate it when I can't find scores and when a team gets way behind the losing team that is posting the scores stops posting. Basketball is not really worth my time and effort.

WOW ! ! ! Mount Airy Boys Basketball are in the last place of the NWC for the first time as far back as I can remember. They still have Bishop & East Surry, Conference games and a makeup game against Non-Conference Surry Central at home I believe and The way they are playing I can't see them winning another game. Does anyone remember the Bears finishing the season in last place in basketball and what year it was ?
 
Another tough loss for the North Stokes Vikings. They lose to Bishop by a score of 78 to 75. Another great game in the North Stokes gym. Neither team led by more than 6. Back and fourth. Bishop hit a half court shot at end of third quarter to give them the lead entering the fourth. Vikings face another tough one tuesdTu night at Prep.

Mount Airy only won 2 or 3 games I think in Coach Spainhours first year, and might have won just a few more his 2nd year. That was around 2003 or 2004 I think.

Since Mount Airy boys are mopping the bottom till the playoffs I am pulling for North Stokes the underdog. Who is with me. They are part of the original NWC from the last 50 or 60 years ! ! They are not one of the 2 advantaged schools from Forsyth Co that is private or a magnet open enrolment schools that reloads year after year...... They will not admit this as they love the advantage they have. They do not belong in the NWC because they draw from a population of 365,000 people compared to Surry Co 78,000 or Sokes Co 58,000.. LOL, They are loving this advantage. ! ! So Unfair ! ! ! .... Leaches .......

In the last 8 years Bishop has never finished above 3rd in the conference and even then only twice.....
 
I think the point trying to be made 3D is their ability to pull from a larger group which puts the county schools who are bound by districts at a huge disadvantage—-Thus when they get the pieces right they are very tough to beat— looking at the banners in gym at WSP kinda proves the point

Do you know why that was the worst game east has played all year? Cause they played the defending champions in ma. And yes it will be close this Friday. They have a great coach. Ma is not a pushover.
