As the week of our big game is upon us, I have had MA BEARMAN on my mind. I hope you are well and prayers have been going up for you. Get well soon because things are not the same without you. Well, Mister War Head, I reckon you and your swarm of groupies have departed Colfax, Summerfield, and Stokesdale for such destinations as Costa Rica, Kingston mon, the south of France, or perhaps y'all are laid up at one of them flea bag joints on Interstate Fourty, drankin' malt beverages, playing your Hi-Fi set to number ten, a bathtub slam full of railroad gin, some of y'alls women folk going to the Drank Machine in their draws and brassieres, telling unsuspecting tourists the soiled undergarments were their " bathing attire, " flickin' smoked to the nub Lucky Strikes over the lodging facility balcony onto gentlemen's vehicles as they attempt to woo the parking lot hoes, or perhaps you're laid up at the mobile home lodging facility in Stokesdale, listening to Barry White as you whisper into her ear concerning your high school heroics, and how you'll never leave her side, she giving you that damsel in distress look she seems to get every time she gets broke. Can anyone enlighten me on how coaches' passeswork with UNC football games this year? I cannot find the online sign up they used last year. Just trying to figure out before they start home games. Thanks to any who can help

Probably the game of the week in 2A......two old rivals from the ECC had some classic battles in the mid 2000s but since 2006 its been all NSJax as they have beaten Clinton 7 times straight between 2007-2012 and are 8-2 in the last 10 meetings of course most of those wins against weaker Clinton teams.....should be a hard hitting good game....any predictions....Im thinking it's a going to be a defensive game 21-14 Clinton

Mounties host the Titans Friday at Ledger in a 4a vs. 1a match up. Mounties throttled them last year 62.13 Look for a lot closer game this year. I say 27-21 Mitchell.

Life is short guys. Live it to fullest. Show people u care about them and never hold back ur feelings. Im so proud of the MA family in how we honored Coach Price Friday night. We must all come together and support one another. Hate in ur heart is like a desease as bad as cancer. That being said i have missed being on here and will try to be on here more. And yes i will hirt ur feelings some but its not personal juat in fun. Thanks to deanna and preps for support and especially my Bear Family. Go Bears!

I have updated this post. Damien Ferguson from Erwin broke the state passing record with 690 yards and 6td in one game. Receiver CJ Thompson also broke the state record for receiving yards games with 372. Regardless of the outcome of the game these numbers are ridiculous and these two young men deserve the credit for it.

Scotland travels to the "Boneyard" for a good week 4 matchup
with the Buccaneers. JB generally plays Scotland really tough in
Fayetteville. Coach hasn't lost to his old school since coming to
Scotland so I don't see any reason to change that trend now.
Hopefully Scotland will be a little healthier this week and have
some people back. Scots get in done. Thoughts on this matchup.

I have been thoroughly disgusted by what is happening with a few players in the NFL disrespecting our great nation and flag the last few weeks. It started with that punk back up Kapernick and on national tv last night Brandon Marshall goes to a knee while this beautiful young lady is singing the national anthem. I just wonder how long it will be till high school kids try this crap. There are a lot of kids that look up to those clowns and I see it coming. I know this is a football board but this is football related and I really hate to see our veterans and anthem crapped on by these guys. Ok, rant over. What is your take on it?
