Northern Guilford at Wilson Fike

I was very impressed with CJ Freeman, who outran everybody on the field 3 times and powered his way to a couple more TDs. And overall, the Nighthawks are about as fast as they've ever been.
NG led 14-0 less than 3 min. in but then Fike struck back quickly to tie it and even led 21-20 halfway through the 2nd quarter. But then Freeman struck again and the Demons lost their top rusher, junior AJ Hines to ankle injury, and it wasn't even close after that. What had the makings of a pretty good battle turned into a rout and it happened in the last 6 minutes of the first half. The second half was just standing around and shivering for nearly everyone but the Nighthawks.
Should be a great game Friday in Hillsborough.
