John they have some really good videos on Instagram, I tend to follow a lot of teams. Remember what I told you about Camden County, that program is on the rise and I think they got right coach who’s gonna have success there. I would highly recommend anyone that’s on Instagram to check out their page. There are some great motivation videos up there by the new coaches and some awesome clips with sound bites from the players during the game

Don’t think it would be fair. They’re different like Javonte was different. Kerr got mad skills also. All three have the heart of a thoroughbred. So did Skinner, JJ, Gaby and I’m sure left some out.
Just my .02, I covered Clinton football off and on for the better part of a couple of decades. I covered Robinson coached teams, Lewis coached teams (both tenures) and Mallard coached teams.
Not one time in my interaction nor in my visits did I ever hear or see anything pertaining to "The U". This relates to signage, t-shirts, pics, in interviews (players or coaches), or any hand gestures. Granted, I wasnt there everyday at practices or at each game, but I was there on plenty of occasions.
I do seem to remember someone posting on here a few months ago that the current coach was a Miami fan. Maybe thats where it came from though I dont know that I would incorporate anything into my program from a college program that hasnt won a meaningful game in over 20 years and is at present, a mediocre program at best.

The very key to your post is “I don’t know!” . What we as DarkHorse fans do know from your posts, you’re a “hater” I consider myself as having been pretty close to the program since 1972, I’ve never seen nor heard of any of that stuff at anytime.

What makes me a hater? I have nothing but respect for the way those coaches I mentioned ran that program for the better part of four decades. In my dealings with them, they always made time for me and treated me with respect understanding I too had a job to do. I was fortunate to be able to convey stories on some of the best teams and players not just in SENC but the entire state.
My post was only an attempt to show that the entire "U" thing must be something new brought in by the new regime. Simple as that.

You don't know anything you claim to know nor who you claim to know. As far as the U thing; you brought it up; doesn't exist; as a hater, you're just stirring the pot. You have a history of this. I won't pay attention to this any longer. When you come up with some acts, I'll pay attention. As far as the 21 and 22 seasons you're basing that potential on one conference game with WRH[, the ED losses were post season but if you know anything about the ECC, the regular season does not always reflect the postseason, so you're basing that hypothesis on one regular season game with WRH in a 2 years period. That's what you would have liked to have seen but it didn't happen.

Lol not just win but win by 40++++. Best team in the states history, the UUU is this year. 21 D1 athletes and hall of fame coach. Clinton UUUU should be ranked in the nation. Heard next year, they will be playing a national schedule
@UNC1980Swo I figured you would have a good answer to this question. How is it that all the teams in Lenoir County can be so bad with all the talent they have in that area? I would think that those schools would be more competitive in football than they are. I can understand why teams like First Flight and Manteo struggle but not schools around Kinston.
