it was a penalty any way got mugged on the play!!
Yes, we got beat by a much better team but this game was so much closer than the score showed. With us missing some key personnel and had the ball turn inside the 5 two times what could have been!! we don’t have the athletes that some of the schools have so we have to almost play a perfect game, which is hard to do!! That safety in the end zone that should’ve happened but then 5 ran it all the way for a TD but no excuses we lost to a good team!!
Getting the ball on the 25 instead of the 3 with 50 seocnds left lol. But that’s the only call officials made all night y’all’s DBs were holding our wr all night wouldn’t call it lol
Idk. Taco Boss truck in Maiden is pretty darn good.
Here's some defensive stats from last night still waiting on the offensive stats. Maiden held vanities to 85 yards of total passing. They held bandy's receiver obregon to 25 yards. And held bandy's to 112 yards rushing so over all maiden held bandy's to 197 total yards.
I’d have to disagree! Claremont Cafe used to be really good back in the day but now whoever makes their chilli is trying to kill people lol. Dons Grill in Maiden gives them a strong run for their money. But when I was growing up Claremont Cafe was the shiz!! I was there once a week every week when my grandpa lived in Claremont or should I say on RockBarn road
We have a place in Maiden where you can get better food while pumping gas and the service is “20x better”
Everybody has eaten at Claremont Cafe and yes they've had good food. But is an aggravating place with the hours and the fact it's cash only and honestly not the friendliest employees. There's a little gas station off of startown road heading to Lincolnton that is pretty damn good too and Im not talking about country market truck stop.
Young BLUE got a big win last night! It wasn’t pretty but… Defense played well and made great adjustments! If we clean up the penalties and turnovers, we can play with anyone! Let’s put together a whole game this Friday the 13th!

Maiden ended up with 193 yards rushing Friday night almost as many yards of bandy's had total and we had 109 yards passing. Just got to quit shooting ourselves in the foot if it wasn't for mistakes I don't believe this game would have even been close
