Does anyone know what channel this will be on ?

Alleghany's JV running back Joseph Hampton rushed for 122 yrds and 2 touchdowns in last weeks win. I was wondering if anyone knew if he was related to last year's star player Jake Hampton or is there just a bunch of Hampton's in the small town of sparta? Our varsity has been pitiful the last 2 weeks, not enough bodies and run out of gas in 2nd halves of games. Don't expect much from Alleghany's varsity this year which is why I'm interested in the JV team lol.

Anyone know?

SWE starting TE Quontellas Norwood was shot in the head in what was told to many to be gang related activity. Norwood helps keep that SWE offense going with his stellar blocking and plays very well on defense as well. He provided a key 2pt conversion reception in last week's win over North Edgecombe. Amazingly, it's been said that he is in fair condition, but please please don't take my word for it. This is all through the grapevine for me. I'm only posting this so that there can be even more prayers thrown his way from all the great high school football supporters across the state. More than football fans, it has been my impression that you all are just decent men period. Please pray, not for me, but for this young man. Thank you.

From what I was told yesterday, Albemarle will indeed field a JV team in a couple of weeks.

6-2 last week, 13-3 this season. Albemarle continues to confound me. Union Academy disappointed me last week. East Montgomery surprised me and bounced back from a season opening loss. Dang, what may be next???

I don't want to give up on Albemarle, but West Stanly may take this one. They appear to be improved somewhat. Technically, thanks to last season's forfeit win over Albemarle, the Chatham Central losing streak moves up to nine, but, the Bears have not won on the field since the 2013 regular season finale versus South Davidson, thus, a soon to be 15 game losing skid. The agony in Bear Creek continues. East Montgomery gets a win in its home opener. Anson herds the Rowdy Rebel Bulls. Central Academy defeats Union Academy. West Montgomery wins its home opener.

Not trying to be disrespectful but I know nothing about Andrews, what can Mitchell expect?
