And ours is bc we beat teams with half our ADM which is not true. According to smc. Maybe so, but I myself never said that! Yall trying to act like the big brother and I’m saying it ain’t happening! Talk all you want, GC4L is the Mack daddy at it, but it won’t erase what little ole Robbinsville and the rest of the little ole SMC has done over the past 80 years! You’re record against is impressive and a reflection of a great program, which you should be proud of. But to come on here and TRY to belittle those obviously that you think are beneath you every freakin day is pathetic. That is why we are different 👌 Itty Bitty…your words..not mine 👍 All your comments about our kids quitting, when you know absolutely nothing about it…and you’re a coach?? This is why we’re different!
Yup! And they absolutely shut them down. Held an offense with 2 five stars to 7 points. EF will not be able to block weddington. If EF doesn’t utilize their quick game, it will be a long night for baker.
Goobs, research before you speak. SWO lost their hall of fame, top 100 coaches of all sports of all time in the state of NC. He passed a few years later. Coaching, especially at 2a level, make programs. SWO will always be NE daddy. Four state titles period. Keep licking SWO boots, but sorry about JK clownIf you think about it Northeastern is the team that put the nail in the coffin for a once storied SWO program. They haven’t been relevant since getting drug in EC back in the 2018 eastern final.

again u talking about one game(the states) if the top teams in the east and west played every year during the regular season im sure it would be alot closer than u believe
Mitchell is no longer playing. It's Mt Airy vs CorvianNo sir, I am not drunk...LOL! I will say this once. Sometimes beating a team twice is very difficult to do. If they win then that is all good. Mr. Buzzcoach, with all do respect I am not disrespecting you in any way. Its just a opinion. I can assure you that I hope you don't have to eat crow on this statement. Either way, I hope both teams play hard and everyone is safe. I am only drunk with respect. Mitchell is playing with house money. The weather will have a factor.

Didn't Weddington play Providence DayYou can make a case for that but another poster mentioned already this will be the best offense Weddington will have seen to date. It should be interesting. This is the Friday night you wish they had that NFL red zone thing for the NCHSAA 4th round going forward. 😆
Ok. Not going to argue with you. You the man. Whatever you say.Very emotional post you got there, we all have observations of what we see in matchups. I believe Weddington's bracket was very favorable for them, but will work against them against stiffer competition, which is coming. They'll just start basketball season later than others. I don't see their offense as electric. Competition matters. Huge props to JH Rose who's 5-8 and still playing. I'm confident they've exceeded their expectations.
No, Grimsley was not handed a gift, and you shouldn't be critiquing their players, if you're not including Weddington in that conversation. They definitely got some gifts.
I have no clue what the Hickory, Kansas City Chiefs analogy had to do with having an easy bracket. WTH is that all about?
Grimsley has been held to under 30 points in every playoff loss they’ve had the last 3 years. If hough holds grimsley to under 30, they win. If not, I’m not sure I’m taking hough in a shootout. This is hough’s best offense to date, but I would go with the team with the #1 qb in the country in a shootout. Hough’s big boys up front will be the key for their D. If they can be dominant and disciplined like they have all year and keep summers in check, they win the game. Not having to put more resources into shutting summers down will allow their great secondary to feast. They will really need to get after Brandon early and often. The key to the game will be if hough plays a light box thinking the front 7 can stop the run or do they stack the box and make Grimsley beat them through the air? Whirlies have seen a light box all year because teams are scared of Faizon and they just run run and more run, believe it or not the whirlies pass only %35-40% of the time. They will call plays based on the look of the box, summers hasn’t been stopped all year. Weddington kind of gave the blueprint to slow the Grimsley offense down last year, they are the only team to hold them below 35 the past few years. Grimsley has scored at will on Hough the past two games, if Hough can get multiple stops they will win the game. They have a great front 7 and I think Grimsley will have to rely on the QB to get the win

Not sure if you heard about what happened to the FH QB and his family weekend before last. They were traveling up to Maryville College in Tennessee because he's been offered a scholarship there. They were on I-40 just outside of Morganton and slammed into a huge black bear. Destroyed the front of their car and killed the bear. Everyone was ok just scared the 💩 out of them I think. We were, but weren’t as mentally stout and resilient as this year’s team has grown to be as the season has progressed.
