After my emotion clamed down

Yes Mooresville left a lot points out there but yet even when we sucked ; we were still in position to win even with those 2 bad call late to help EF get 2 score period n end of story.

Mooresville had their changes once again and didn’t get it done! The biggest issue I have is

Why do a QB draw on 3rd n 30 and then go for it on 4th down on your own side of the field on a fake punt

I agree EF did what Mooresville should done n is run the rock n they had much better success of that in 2nd half.; Mooresville got in its own way again to lose to a team that they were the better team on the field as Mooresville gave the QB for EF fits all night

Said this all night. We did the same BS last week where we got impatient in the first half and caught ourselves trying to just sling it around in sub 40 degree weather. The later this season got, we lost our identity on what got us here. East did to us in the second half exactly what I said we should have been doing the whole game…. Pound the rock and wear them down. It was a bad night to have a bad night but it happens.

We’ll be back next year

1. Referee makes games closer or whatever and Calls can change an out come of the game that’s is known and proven period.

referee can change the outcome and it’s proven so let’s act there isn’t home cookin good example of that is MC at Watauga or go back when SM made a FG but was called no good

Calls changes a lot in games plain n simple - On that pass play that called complete it was board line so again the referee were nonchalant not make any signal or call on it and said it was completed late - If that was called incomplete It’s prob 24-24 not 28-24 so that’s a big ass different

God forbid a player initiate a tackle IN BOUNDS, then end up out of bounds lol. Again, don’t confuse me with the other Mooresville guy. I had no issue with the refs for the most part.

Reagan game was atrocious. But we all know what you walk into as an out of county team playing games in Forsyth Co. it’s well documented.

Tabor game last year wasn’t decided by officials. So not sure what you’re on about there

And recall that team mentioning it might have been the toughest game they played both years…

I didn’t worry about the OPI… it was a clear push off. Nor did I question the fake punt either because that wasn’t the wrong call either.

I didn’t have much of an issue with the refs other than the halftime switch up from letting both teams play ball in the first half, to getting really flag happy in the second. That’s my only complaint there

West Charlotte coach said he couldn’t come back and play on Saturday because he didn’t have a baby sitter.. Monroe coaches couldn’t do Monday because of holiday plans… West Charlotte coach knew what he was doing by not coming back on Saturday..

That's always how it's been. For years it was largely a Indy-West Charlotte-Richmond deal. Then you went through the Butler- Indy years then slowly you got a Butler- Mallard Creek- East Forsyth- Page run. Then Creek- Chambers/Vance-EF. Now it's rotated to Grimsley- Weddington- Hough run

I'm rooting for Hough now. I think Baker has really changed the physicality of that program.

That a giant stretch, I’ll take what Murphy and robbinsville does every single year over mount Airy. Especially the last 15 years.

2 games in a row, actually 3(versus Mt Airy) if you go back to last year where mistakes on special teams by the Rams cost them dearly but none more than the punt last night. The same player(who only plays on special teams) was penalized in the South Stanly game for a late hit out of bounds or unsportsmanlike. They just get a talking to and go right back in the game. That pass to the TE was a heartbreaker. No one close to him. It looked like he just stopped running.

Well always back to same crap, we have our core that won the championship as freshman so give it a rest dude. You will see a true team of recruits this coming Friday when we play Corvian and wonder what you will say then.

Yes in a half of football our front 7 (and team) was 31 to 21 better than West Charlotte (and we made lots of mistakes).
