Todays newspaper announced Mt Airy Granite Bears has two players selected for this years Shrine Bowl. Tailback Tyler Mason and Defensive End Derek Dandy.

Tyler West, NC State commit from Andrews as well. Heavy on 1A this year.
It's about time they picked some from the !A Think maybe a former Smoky Mountain player had something to do with that. Congratulation to all of those picked.
This is nice to see many 1a players selected… most of the time 1a guys get overlooked because of 1A
If I am correct, 4A Marvin Ridge and 1A Mt Airy are the only schools to have 2 selected.

If you go to HighschoolOT they have all selections and their high school.
