Just thinking....with all of these lop sided ram wins through the playoffs.....would you say providence grove is the best team the rams have faced in playoffs?
No. Maiden was. Rams just were sleep walking. Once they woke up after 10-7 it was a blowout.
Obviously based on the score, Providence Grove is best Reidsville has seen so far. Providence Grove held a 10-7 lead until Reidsville scored with 23 seconds left in the half. It was a 29-18 game in the third quarter before the Rams put it away, moving out to 51-18 lead. Last PG touchdown came with 3 minutes left in game.
Providence grove had a great game plan I felt and had a unique offensive scheme. I think Chase and Maiden beats them though.

Had to be Shelby in 2015. Those rams teams from 2012-2015 were not good and very hard to watch. 1 man team pretty much
Nope not Shelby...it was Lincolnton....Since 2002 and counting to right now.....Reidsville has played 66 playoff games at home.....winning 61 and losing only 5.........................those 5 were...Western Alamance (2004)..Randleman (2010)..Shelby (2013), Shelby (2014) and Lincolnton (2015)..................................

Those hard to watch teams went to Regional Finals and Semis once
2013 and 2014 were very solid teams though. Had potential to win states if not for shelby
Now that Ive watched it again….that 1st half couldn’t have gone worse on the offensive side of the ball…..bookended with a pick 6 on one side and Gibbs ejection on the other…..and a whole lot of Reidsville defense in between.

Yea. Because we played nobody lol let’s be real. Had 1 or 2 rankins brothers and that was it
I think they just over achieved. Rankin was a one man show on both sides of ball. Scored our only points on offense and defense against Shelby which was very little.
If you talking about Shoffner anyone that played or coached that team even in basketball will tell you he was a curse for them. Was selfish. Never about the team. All about himself. Everyone from stands could see it. Players responded by at times letting the Dline through on purpose so then he would take off running for his life.

Wow that is impressive....also I don’t have stats to prove this so it’s just my opinion but on that list besides Shelby Randleman would probably be the most consistent program...

That 2004 loss to Western Alamance was the biggest stunner - Rams had won the regular season conference game 51-6 ... but Western Alamance won the rematch in the fourth round, 16-14.
Reidsville was on a roll in the playoffs - wins over Northwood 41-7, Ledford 40-0 and Southern Vance 50-7. Loss to Western was a stunning upset for sure.
