Mitchell @ Mount Airy 11/26/21 4th Round

I just repeated what a 4A coach that knows Mt Airy very well told my daughter. Learn to read.
But this coach also knows Mitchell and Statesville really really well.
Well I hate I wasn't physically able to go to the game tonight really gets old not being able to things you want but it did give me more time to spend with my youngest daughter today just me and her who I haven't seen for 6-7 months without having to rush off so good trade off.
Just hope there a good crowd people maybe off other places for Thanksgiving yesterday and it's hard for people who work to go to a game over 2 1/2 hours away but I guess some had today who normally wouldn't have so just hope it's like an away crowd like it used to be a couple years ago.

And I do not hide who I am behind some cleaver nickname. That is my name, and I live in Mt Airy, use to live in Valdese in my early working years and grew up just outside Statesville . I really do not appreciate some people who are just jerks, that know nothing and run their mouth and then put down everybody else that says anything positive and true about their own team.
Mt Airy is 13 and 0. They have earned a little respect. And if a 4A coach that KNOWS THE TEAMS playing to night says what he thinks, I will not apologize for repeating it. If he said Mt Airy would lose by 4 TD's would that make a few of you feel better, bigger, more knowledgable?
I have never stopped posting scores if no one else from MA was posting them. After MA lost in 2019 I posted east Surry to the state ship. I have been posting on MaxPrep for the last 4 or 5 games and the last 2 or 3 games on NCPreps if I don't see anyone posting. You are just a Mount Airy want be and have no school of your own that makes the playoffs. So what I do or don't do is none of your lame-brained business. So go pull for your favorite. If you have none why are you attacking Mount Airy so much? If you want to look back a page or 2 you will see what I said about posting scores, I was not even posting anything on NCPrepreps the first at least 3 games, and then only if no one started by the end of the 1st Qtr. Wasn't going to at all and as I also said so here somewhere if and when the BEARS lost this year I was done. Click here to go to the team you are claiming this year.

Well my Granny talked to Nick Saban and he told her that Mitchell would win by 5 tds. He said Mitchell reminds him of his Alabama team. Big, tough, fast and aggressive in all aspects of the game !!

Well, we have had a great time this week. Nothing but respect for Mitchell's posters and you as well for the most part.
Just got back from HWT 601 and for a Friday and black Friday, it was dead. I can't remember it being so little traffic for a Friday. Is it the windy cold or is the whole town at Mount Airy football game ? I can imagine how cold it is on that riverbank at the Mount Airy, Mitchell game. Almost talked myself into going and am glad I didn't. I wouldn't have gotten in the gate before I went back to the car. I bet those Mitchell guys will think it is as cold there on that riverbank as Bakersville. LOL ..... GO BEARS 🏈 🏈 🏈 🏈 🏈 🏈 ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Some folks are more unlucky then they know if I could have made it I was bringing my potable propane heater makes a lot of difference for you and the ones near you.
If this goes as bad a the predictors are predicting for Mitchell I might be glad all I have to do is turn off the TV.
From what our radio announcer says, we are in for a battle. I found out a lot I did not know about Mitchell. That cold wind is going to slow them both down I think.
Weather channel shows 36° feels like 31° so must be some wind. Definitely see why they have heaters
Looks like not your usual away crowd for Mitchell usually wouldn't see any empty seats plus people at the fence. Maybe they home like me watching TV
Mount Airy usually makes good adjustments at the half, but they have their hands full.
Mt Aires putting 8 in the box part of the time. We need to throw the ball more.
Mitchell stopping well up the middle but got to figure out the option or it will be tied soon. Penalties hurt on the last drive but mainly the hold call on the second drive killed a drive that was looking like the first one.
I kinda feel like we are very evenly matched
Scoreboard is nice, but those dang commercials kill the atmosphere
One thing about it Mitchell brought the fans tonight
