It's all opinion on this board but Clemson and Georgia playing each other and Miami taking on Alabama might have been just a wee bit tougher.

Talking about venue more than competition . BOA and Mercedes not in the same league.
Either way the top 3 reams in the ACC had a rough weekend.

NBBEARS20124ACHAMPS what your thoughts on the game? I was at the game so had to watch the game this morning a few times. Oline still looked a weak spot from the beginning. Defense looked a lot better once some younger players came in. Not sure why they are letting Sam run the ball so much. Ty Chandler imo hasn't shown me anything, gets in the way, would much rather see hood given a start and 15 touches. We have got to play much better to beat a quality team....
OL and DL definitely need some work. They haven't played with their 1st team together on the OL yet as EZ missed yesterday and Anderson missed last week but the other guys on the OL don't look good right now. No doubt that Carter and Williams hid some weaknesses but they should still be better than what they've shown through 2 games. On the DL, I think it's time to just playing Ritzie, Silver, Pinder and Bingley Jones as the current group just isn't cutting it. Ra Ra and Power went in there and made an immediate impact, hoping we can get those two involved as well. I think they're going to toy with the lineup each game and figure out which guys to play more. I think Sam kept a lot on the RPO last night, I didn't see a whole lot designed for him other than him picking and choosing when to keep it. Glad to see Green have a big game on O, hoping that will boost his confidence heading in to this critical match up Saturday.
Yeah- I just dont get that. He seems about as far away from a SOcal guy as you could imagine. If I was USC I would back up the Brinks truck for Lincoln. LA just slightly better than Norman,OK...LOL and he has a far better shot at a National title in the Pac 12 versus banging his head against Saban, Smart, Jimbo etc,etc.
I would watch for James Franklin to USC. He and TN talked after Pruitt got fired.
I just think the first thing you gotta do is get a QB guy if your USC. Just too many great QB's leaving the state to other Top 10 programs.
Ritzie, Silver, RaRa, Power, KBJ, Pinder, Boykins, Nash etc are on the bench. The guys getting burned are upperclassmen, not the young highly recruited kids, although Conley did lose his man for a big play. They're going to get some yards when you abandon the run and sling it every play. Go Heels!
Yes sir! If they're going to sling it all night, gotta be better in rushing the passer and the D has to do a better job keeping the WR's in front of them and not getting beat. Bateman has done a good job the last few weeks in 2nd half adjustments, let's see what they do these next 30 minutes. Go Heels!
UNC gonna have to run the ball more and give that defense a break if they can’t hold up in the passing game. It really didn’t help UNC turning the ball over inside the opponent’s 10 yard line. Hood and chandler was the better option on first down in red zone.
If UNC gets any kind of decent lead then go to run game and kill some clock..

OL is without 3 starters and the holes they're creating are crazy.
Nice second half adjustments yet again but no doubt need to play better in the 1st half starting next week. Having a lot of problem getting pressure off the edge which is giving opposing QB's too much time to sit back and go through progressions.
