Just noticed, Nobody is talking about this game. These two teams hate each other. Dudley better not cross that midfield line during warmups. Could be a brawl.. hope the Refs are at midfield. I love both QB's Hooker is fantastic and Chris Reynolds is the most under-rated QB in the State. He's just like Russell Wilson. Glad he's healthy for this game. They will need him.

Does Dudley still go for two pts every time? Never had a kicker the last 10yrs that I've seen them but I haven't seen them this year.
 
Kenji Patterson is the kicker and we allow him to attempt PAT's, if he misses we go for two. As in refrence to the 50 yard line, as my pops always said don't knock on someone's door and expect someone not answer your ass. The D-BOYZ are well taught not to get in any confrontations. We punish on the field.
 
If someone crosses midfield and there is a brawl it shows you the type of individuals you have on your team.
This looks to be a great game.
 
What kind of statement is that? I have never heard of an athletic team from Dudley or Davie being involved in that type of behavior.

CPC, you are not a Davie guy for sure. Davie folks have nothing but the upmost respect for our Dudley friends. I am a former player and a Hall of Famer with a kid on the team and nothing is being discussed about a brawl! We always respect our opponents and the Dudley folks have been some of the nicest folks I have met over the years!

Please do not make me respond to such childish acts. Both teams are looking for a great game Friday night and with high hopes that it is injury free on both sides!

Dudley handled DC pretty easily the first time they played this season hope DC has a better showing this time around.

Village idiot strikes again
 
Never heard of a brawl at the prior game. Hooker was wrongly tossed from this game, the Refs claimed he threw a punch and was tossed. The video showed no aggressive behavior rather than getting the tackling defender off of his own body after the play in question was over. That being said it's why the NCHSAA waived the suspension for hooker.

This game will be won by Dudley with no fights, just touchdowns and a few juke moves
 
In my opinion this is going to best the most intriguing game in the state Friday . Still deciding between this one and EF/CC but I'll take Dudley in this one close ! 24-20

CPC for the love of all things holy shut your pie hole. You spew off year after year, dang man find a hobby!

People seem to forget that the score was 7-6 before both of Davies best weapons went down. After that they folded up like a cheap tents. I will be at the East/CC game but wish I could be in 2 places at once!

I've heard good things overall about Dudley being a respectful program but I'll backup CPC on this one saying the only team I ever saw disrespect ND on their home field was Dudley in the playoffs back in 2012 when the whole team went to midfield and touched the ND logo at the same time ND was touching it after running onto the field. This is a pregame home ritual for ND and Dudley players apparently knew it and planned this. It almost caused a brawl when one of the Dudley players taunted some ND players as they met at the same time at midfield one of the ND players pushed a Dudley player and received a 15 yd unsportsmanlike penalty. So, I will say there is some history here with what CPC is talking about with Dudley crossing midfield. Hope it's a clean, hard fought game with no disrespecting going on before the game.

BKnight18 confirms my original post above... tried to tell you! A lot of people don't know the history that I know; get sensitive when I post the truth; they met at midfield and I was there and it was all Dudley's fault, but Dudley was well mannered tonight and owned the night! Great Win...Good Luck next week!

It was 38 to 30 early in the 4th quarter then Davie started to run out of gas.
 
The officiating was terrible alot of phatom calls that kept some of Davie County drives alive if you ask me. The refs were slow to make calls, slow to spot the ball , then gather to have a group huddle after every call. Absolutely the worst I've ever seen. I remember one call they said that Young did a forward pass when he fumbled the ball.
