I think if everything goes there way it could be possible, but unlikely. I believe 3 thru 7 will be hard to call.

I will admit that this is a very competitive conference
Testament to Maiden who IMO has run roughshod over the CVAC competition minus one close game every two years or so.
One advantage maiden has to start the season off with is.... Nobody knows what to expect from us this year. Everyone knows we are young this year but don't forget a lot of these young players were already on varsity last year. talented players rarely spend more than 1 season on JV at maiden
Sounds like the conference will be a hard one to call anything can happen!!
Maiden has good tradition. May not be like the team the last couple years but I feel like they can be competitive to beat anyone in the league. May not finish 1st but still be tough to play against.
Maiden has had only 3 losing seasons since 1958

Rising sophomore at QB… that can play! The younger Patterson at WR is real good…had 15 receptions against RS Central. The monster at tackle 6’ 7” 300 lbs. Fox ain’t no joke! A transfer RB from South Caldwell that runs a 4.5 40. 👀
They even have one kid listed at 8 foot tall!😂

The key to any of the teams is keeping them healthy. That we be the big part this year at EB and determines who finishes in the upper part of the conference, or the lower part of the conference
First up WR's. U got returning 6'5 Raheem " the bear killer" misher. Will "hands" Stover and at slot a new comer... " I just blew by u" sifford..... and at TE we have new comer from Tennessee sophomore 6'5 and 240 pounds Tae "The Terror" maze. Now there are other kids who can make a difference, especially some talented underclassmen but just hitting bullet points. Feel free to add to this if ur in the know.
At QB we start off with Josh " don't try me bro" Stover and keep an eye out for JV QB grant "the answer" lawing. At running back we have new comer 6'1 and 200 pounds Kendall " The brahma bull" Roberts and Zane " mack truck" Williams.
Now this is all held together by the men upfront "The great wall of maiden"
Our sifford is bigger and stronger and he beat Willis in the 100 meters at a track meet this year
Just to show our guy ain't slow. But then again we ain't the team 🐻 that has players who start to shut down when hits are laid on them 🤣🤣

AMD, Sure am happy you're upbeat. Was concerned about you, yesterday, after the Big Red Sports fellers said Bunker Hill would win the conference.
When you get old you sit around and worry, and imagine how bad situations could play out.
I had this awful premonition of you going to work mad and huffy and somebody saying something to worsen things. I could just see the police showing up and asking what happened. With this irate woman saying, "Well, the stocker on isle 11 said Bunker Hill would win the conference, this season.
Then, one of the delivery guys got mad and threw one of the 3 liter jugs of Hawaiian Punch Blue Rush at him. The stocker ducked and it hit me ! Now, my ear is making a noise like a tire going flat".
The Police would then ask, "Which delivery guy was it", and she would say, "I don't know his name but it was that big one with a beard".
Man I'm happy you're good, now. See what a difference a day makes. 🤠

That is why you play the game just saying predictions are just that predictions! just like last year East Burke had Bunker hill 20 to 7 in the fourth quarter and lost You just never know we were predicted to lose that game by three or four touchdowns and it did not happen so the preseason predictions are fine. Anyways. I saw on Facebook where the Wolves completed summer workouts today with a team outing, and the community is excited for the season to begin! From what I have seen on social media and heard from people who are in the know, Coach Angle and his staff are working hard. Go Wolves!

They have been working hardWolf4lyfe, I run around the loop (J.Seagle Dr.) and see them doing drills in the heat of the day. I appreciate all the effort they’ve been making.
I do believe this will be more level out conference. Good hard fought games that we could see some nail biters.
The CVAC will be very competitive this year for sure! Most games will be toss ups with many deciding factors determining the outcome. One thing is for sure though, every team has that one Friday circled on their schedule... the MAIDEN game!

Hopefully, Lincolnton has South Point circled on their calendar since they play them first.
Maiden next to the last game on Lincolnton schedule the Wolves have more games to play before Maiden is in the circle. Coach Von Ray Harris always said we have no rivals we hate everybody we get to Maiden when it their turn.

Went by Lincolnton HS today n this my first time being by so I stop at the football facility and WOW what a great setup n field it is!
