SL- I’ve never said our defense was great. But it’s the most solid defense I feel we have had since 2011. I’m basing all this off of our non conference games. Beating the conference schedule don’t make a rip. Somehow though, you’ve gathered were the bears….but on the same hand some of y’all know you have turned the season around playing those same teams. Watauga did run the ball well against us, like they do against everybody else. Like BBB said it’s just like sp, they are going to.

AC Reynolds actually did with the same player and almost same play over and over again. They knew the it was coming but couldn't stop him. You can wear down their line in 5 minutes if you have a big back.

Before I mix you up with somebody else with Shelby in their name, this has been said 20 times 10. So to me it's the same guy saying the same thing over and over and over, or a bunch of you guys repeating each other's comments like they're in choir practice struggling with the chorus.

As much chatter/gossip as you old ladies do at the supper club you would think you could all put your collective heads together to come up with some better rebuttals. I'm extremely disappointed in the fact that after all this time, the best thing you geniuses could come up with are rerun posts with versions of the same name.

Just heard the student parking lot at Burns is pretty empty. Flu running rampant through Cleveland county. Unfortunately both squads may not be at full strength and that would suck for us fans.

Yeah it has hit burns middle and the high school hard the last few weeks , also making the rounds through Shelby high as well … took my daughter to orthodontist this morning then dropped her off at burns and you’re correct it noticeable the empty spots in the student parking lot
Even striking the little league kids as a bunch are out from practices for same reasons …

I find it funny for two years you didn’t even know the flu existed and all the sudden everyone has it this fall

two weeks ago today after school daughter got a fever a horrible cough etc ! Tested her for Covid and it was negative! Took her to the doctor and tested for flu and strep negative ! Tested her two more times for Covid and it was negative ! Doc was like “I guess it’s allergies “ still don’t know what to think about it ha ha

Once again Shelby got to show whats the difference between them and 2A, it’s going to be hard for them WRs that also play CB (both ways) to keep up in the 2nd half. Shelby by 17

Planning for them this season is so easy, if you dont have a big running back, put your tight end(f you have one) in the back field and hand him the ball. They wont stop him.

Last season it was the edges, this season its' the middle AND the 2ndary.
