It might be a long year on the guys side. Asheboro rode a 38-13 halftime lead to a 65-35 victory. PG didn't have much of an answer for Stanback in the second half. Stanback definitely used his length to his advantage.
PG has ten guys that have the exact same size that have the exact same skill set. The Pats are going to miss Zane Caudle immensely. I did like the play of James Ellis though.
The PG girls lost by five. It was a very competitive, chaotic game throughout. Asheboro made a little run midway through the fourth to pull away. Ellen Long had a nice game for the Comets.
