It looks like there will be ONE 2A team report for the playoffs at 5-5 (go either 5-5 or 5-6) and 2-3 in conference draw the short straw and miss the playoffs....these teams are: Forbush, Parkwood, East Davidson, Bartlett Yancey, Franklinton, Goldsboro, Farmville Central, North Brunswick

Another hang up is not being sure of the tiebreaker situation in the Big South....they have three 2A teams tied for first in 2A division at 2-5 and might get 1 or they might get 2 teams in the playoffs....it seems that whoever draws #1 will get in and get seeded with the tier of 1s, then whoever draws 2 will get seeded with the Wild Cards, unless that's Huss, whose win % overall of less than 34% does not allow this to happen, If LKN Ch draws 2, they can go in, and then we are right back where we started in my first paragraph with one of those 5-5/5-6, 2-3 teams being left out, but if the Big South just gets one berth, then all of those 5-5 teams listed above in previous paragrah should get in, by the way Cramer is not in that boat because they are 5-5/5-6, 2-5, their conference win% leaves them out, their best hope is also to draw the #1....somebody please post if you know the order of draw results, as that will affect the 2A/2AA split, LNC would definitely be small, Huss & Cramer would definitely be big

Thomasville getting things back on track after a few years down beating Lexington for their conference championship by a score of 18-14 last night . Finished the season 8-3 and 5-0 undefeated in conference play. Not a lot of points put on the board in their games though, Bears went 4 & 2 against them from 2009 to 2014 . Time will tell.

WRH will be looking for payback for what we did to them last year at their place. I'm not sure how good this WRH team is compared to last year beside there backs. I know they have at least 2 quality speed backs. There will be a lot of athletes on the field come Friday. This will be the best team Clinton has played so far, will the Oline be able to block the WRH defense, will Clinton be able to stop the good RB's from WRH, can WRH keep Raheem Skinner and company in check and force Clinton to pass. These are all good questions we will have to wait till Friday to get answered. I will go Clinton 28-WRH 21. Go horses!
