The truth will come out in less than 72. As an unbiased Nc high school fb lover I will be delivering facts Friday night. Northeastern is off this Friday so we're all heading to Havelock.

Oh no, say it ain't so Otis!!Is this game still set for friday? Ours has been moved to thursday because of Friday's forecast.
WRH offense needs to be better than they have been, because as much as they are hyping up there defense. I just can't see them holding Havelock scoreless, and I can't say I've heard anything great about there offense. Havelock is good enough as a larger school to hold even a good 2a offense to basically nothing.
21-17 WRH. WRH offense gets exposed in this one, but I agree there defense should get them the win.
I agree g-dog. Bulldogs got alot weapons on offense. Bulldogs will be putting major pressure on the Rams on both sides of the ballWRH offense hasnt had to show what they can do yet. But still they are avereging 450 yards a game on the ground.

G-dog I am not disrespecting 450 yards a game, but I can't help but think a solid not great Havelock squad will slow that down a bit. I wonder what WRH starting field position has been there first few games. Havelock is good enough and smart enough to make for some long drives for Wallace
New coach. Lost to New Bern. Lost to New Bern!!
Dogs roll.
We're pretty good.
Think this will be a good game, wouldn't bet on a blowout either way.
I agree here, New Bern is not the New Bern of the last 2 years. They have as good of a shot as any team in their conference to win it. They are not on the fringe as I felt they were in the preseason. Just like their 4A counterpart in the confrence it will come down to the health of the team with so little depth. We're pretty good.

I just dont see it happening. Conley coach may develop a nervous twitch after this game with the reality of being 0-3. I may try to check out the bears tonight though.Looking forward to seeing if Conley can stay with the Scots for a little while tomorrow.
They keep judging yall off past yrs lol... Yall aren't where yall gonna be yet, but yall aren't bad at all. 1st game of the season for us, new coach still tryna figure it out. I think everybody but our staff knew that our 3-4 wasnt gonna stop yall power run game, but that's neither here nor there at this point. I'm not saying we are gonna win or lose 2moro, but to just think this one is in the bag already for WRH is crazy lol. We will continue to figure things out and we will be better than the week 1 team yall sawWe're pretty good.

Wooten will get it figured out. Will he have it figured out by Friday is the question? He said after the Panther Creek game that the biggest difference from that game and the New Bern game was they decided to get the ball out in space to the skill positions more and it made all the difference. I agree that looks to be the strategy Havelock needs to use moving forward. Wooten is just not familiar with having that kind of speed and athleticism on the field. I felt like that was an encouraging statement that he acknowledged what some feel needs to be done for them to be successful on offense. They keep judging yall off past yrs lol... I agree, I also think he needs to realize that just bcuz u have more athletes and more players that it is still ok to let your playmakers play both sides of the ball in certain games. We are not the Havelock teams of old where we can play everybody on 1 side and beat great teams, sumbody gonna have to go home tired after this one lolWooten will get it figured out. That's a great point. Have a like sir. You most definately have to utilize what you have. Ballers are ballers and role players are role players. Havelock has ballers and Wooten needs to give them the chance to ball!I agree, I also think he needs to realize that just bcuz u have more athletes and more players that it is still ok to let your playmakers play both sides of the ball in certain games. Dogs? Can you elaborate on the LB situation over there? I couldn't get a good read on them from the film I saw. Most LB highlights were opportunistic against miscues by the other team. I feel like this could be a key to the game. Those LBs may have to recognize when to drop into coverage more than they have thus far.Thinking back to last year,we thought we had a good chance to beat Havelock because we beat them with Javonte the year before. Last year ,I could see some weaknesses in defense. WRH couldn't stop power running and couldn't contain teams like Havelock wide. This year WRH's defense is stronger, faster and is playing aggressive. Even tho the dogs haven't had to defend a passing team yet, I think we can. The Foy kid and Ant, I think they can be shutdown dbacks.Foy kids dad told me he likes to bait Qb's. I'm not a coach, but I would think that shows alot of confidence. He has height, good speed and has intelligence to play position well. Ant on the other hand is not tall but is as quick as any dback and has great closing speed and hit you as hard as anyone. I think the dogs defense is going to put on a show Friday nite. Havelocks offense should try to pound it all nite in hopes to wear down bulldogs d. Keep running in players,in order to stay fresh. Still don't think that will be enough. Still to many weapons on offense for the Bulldogs. I been wrong before( last year). Tomorrow nite will tell alot.
Yeah, that pretty much sums it up. Its Thursday and still dont have a clear read on this one. It'll be interesting. I almost wish a sink hole magically appears tonight on the game I'm going to tomorrow just so I can make the drive down HWY 70 to see what unfolds. We'll know Friday nite how good they really are.
Lol, just messing with you and black bulldog. Love you guys to death. If only you were NE fans. We would have a blast!! I wouldn't ever leave earlyYawn. What's up with dat
We definitely have some great football friends in the EastLol, just messing with you and black bulldog. Love you guys to death. If only you were NE fans. We would have a blast!! I wouldn't ever leave early
Probably be much of the same tomorrow night at HavelockI was there not much on offense tonight for the boys
Think so goob? What your truthfull take on game? I can take it, I think.Probably be much of the same tomorrow night at Havelock
Lol Goobs is bringing the pain tomorrow to:Probably be much of the same tomorrow night at Havelock
Truthful take is I actually only know what you've told me and what I've read on here about Havelock. I always value and respect what you say but WRH has played no one. There's no denying that. NE on the other hand has played a brutal schedule so far. All the games on the road and they've came out on top. Indian River was no joke, if you were there you would've never thought NE could win. That win alone, on the road at that should put every team in the east on notice that we are very good. I don't think there's a better qb in the east than ours and our defense is pretty dang strong. I trust what coach tells me and if he's not worried about any team in the east then I'm not either. He hasn't been wrong yet that I know of. He was spot on with what he was telling me all along last yr. With that said I plan on laying $300 tomorrow on the Dogs +3. Go DogsThink so goob? What your truthfull take on game? I can take it, I think.
