Should be a good one in Glamseur tomorrow. Williams has been ER's kryptonite over the years. The Bulldogs eliminated the Cats from state playoffs back-to-back years in the mid 2000's. They also played ER really really tight last year.

The Bulldogs come in at 2-1 with wins over Eastern Guilford and Southern Alamance. ER is coming off a 35-21 win over a speedy Walkertown team. Old conference foes going at it.

Well guess it’s time to get to the totally 2A part of schedule for ER now…

Nice, nice performance from the ER offense last night. They put together some outstanding long drives. Ervodd Cassidy, Devonte Brooks, and Lucas Smith all ran the ball very well.

Hats off to Williams. They played a pretty good game. Those guys definitely pass the "bus" test. Got some big ole dudes in the trenches. #2 ran the ball well. #14 is a heck of a player. Williams caught ER napping a couple of times. Untimely errors and not being able to stop ER's ground attack is what doomed the Bulldogs.

ER has Open High next week and goes on the road to West Stanly the week after. For the most part, I'm liking what I see so far.
