Softball West Stokes at Providence Grove

Well folks, the Wildcats did it. They ended PG's undefeated season. Won a tight, tight, game 1-0.

Natalie Jones was magnificent. In addition to a stellar pitching performance, Jones smacked a change-up over the left field wall in the fourth inning. West Stokes made several outstanding plays in the field.

Great great season, Pats! It's not often a team from Climax makes it to the fourth round in anything. I'm gonna really miss watching Mikayla McClain and Edi Austin play.

Yeah it was an awesome battle between Jones and Mazzarone. PG hit the ball fairly well. Problem was.... either A) they hit it right to someone........or B) West Stokes would make a heck of a play to get them out.

Mazzarone still struck out more than a fair share of Wildcats. All it took was that one pitch though............
