The Patriots almost pulled off a good-sized upset. They had UC down 43-39 late in the game. PG just got stagnant on offense and Troutman delivered the big buckets when UC needed it. PG had looks but couldn't knock down threes down the stretch. Final was 46-43.
Uwharrie is NOT a state contender. They have Troutman........and........um......they have Troutman. I believe every single team is going to gameplan to stop him.
The Lady Eagles didn't have much of a problem with PG. Ashara Spruill had a dominant game for UC.
