Have also seen plays like this called unsportsmanlike conduct instead of personal foul, because if the same player gets two unsportsmanlike, he's disqualified for the game, but there's no limit on personal fouls....saw a game once where the same defensive guy probably had 5 or 6, maybe 7 or 8 personal fouls, a bunch were roughing the passer, others were just late hits against whoever, but they were all football plays right at or just after the whistle, not a wrestling move
