Who is Mr. Shelby High Football?
How did they become Mr Shelby high Football?
Was it a self proclaimed title like whatchacallit says the Football Capital of the World thing was with Reidsville?
Where has Mr Shelby High Football been since 1971.. Was he appointed? voted in at the Supper Club ?
What if I wanted to appoint SHSLION as Mr Shelby High, would that go to a vote? A street fight in the student parking lot? He is knowledgeable as any..... Plus he is old which helps I reckon
No self proclamations. Titles like these are to be bestowed by others. The name was first mentioned by Brent Pasco that does the Shelby radio broadcast. He also made the comment that he knows more about Shelby football than anyone.
It's not very hard to understand why....
Mr. Shelby High football's
Grandfather played for the Golden Lions in the 1910s
Father played for the Golden Lions in the 1940s
Brother played for the Golden Lions in 69/70/71
He, himself, played for the Golden Lions in 72/73
Another brother for the Golden Lions in 77/78
Son played for the Golden Lions in 97/98
Another son played for the Golden Lions in 03/04
Lots of history, lots of knowledge.

it will not be 21 for reidsville but I had that feeling before the season ever started. They advanced to the point I expected.
i love how we use two standards. Shelby went to the finals 15 times because they are Gods gift to the football world. Reidsville went to 14/15 finals (use whichever number you want) because the playoffs were watered down. Excuse me, were they not playing under the same set of rules? No one benefitted from the split years more than Shelby and Reidsville. It allowed both to avoid each other and rack up more rings than if the split didn’t happen.

if reidsville played km, burns, and crest every year i doubt they would win 2 of those 3 games. we are more tested and a better program. its proven at this point. see yall next year, if yall make it
