Deana with temps in the 20's friday nite you should take advantage of Reidsville's warm heated press box....lol....I'm sure dhag and tgt can find a place for you...usually a nice spread to eat as well..........................
The last time I was in that press box it was just as cold outside as predicted for Friday and it was warm and toasty. Then at kickoff they opened the windows.

Had a Cushwa dog. Wasn't impressed. Made me appreciate our City Lunch hotdogs and cherry pudding that much more.

@ Reidsville fans - anything on the stadium menu you'd suggest?

No!!!! We have a terrible selection when it comes to something special on the stadium menu!!!! The same choices for that last 30 years!!!

Wow. I just sat and read all 7 pages of this thread and now my head aches. I'm pretty sure I just lost 10 IQ points.

What I really want to know is where is the artist formerly known as 'The Ram Tough'? I long for a flamboyantly intellectual battle of wits, and I've yet to spot anyone from the RHS side that could carry their weight in a literary duel with the likes of Fred Sanford.
Coaches will not be posting here.

Not as big of a nerve as in Lincoln Co when it comes to transfers. The Wolves are known as the All Star team of Lincoln Co from what I hear.

Played out but I'm game. This should liven things up.

Pretty sure the player with position starting with q and ending with uarterback back wore the SAHS on his jersey in the not so distant past...

And don't give us the "Reidsville rec league" junk. You are the only show for 30 miles, given the sad demise of Cummins and Graham, among others. RHS' talent isn't solely a result of something special within your little 8 mile radius school district.

You are the only show for 30 miles.

Dudley is 23.2 miles away, Page 21.2 miles away, Northern Guilford is 14.4 miles away, GW Danville is 26.5 miles away, Magna Vista is 25.1 miles away, and Eastern Guilford is 22.9 miles away from Reidsville High School

Those are some pretty good shows within 30 miles, quite Frankly.

No nerve with me. Besides, some of the very LC losers posting here about transfers have absolutely no room to talk and they know it. But anyway...can't fault kids for wanting to play in the regional final!

NG? 4-8... yeeeaaa

Your schedule is strangely lacking those other shows...

I remember losing to Lincolnton in the first round of my junior year at Reidsville. I will always have the utmost respect for the Wolves. That first round loss and a guy by the last name of Crews is probably what motivated us to win the States my senior year and start the domination of the 2000 to 2010 decade.

In their near 10 year existence, NG has been a power in NC. One bad year doesn't discredit that IMO. Rams play Magna Vista next season as well.

For the other schools, it really comes down to big 4A schools dont want to play strong 2A or 3A schools unless they just cant find anyone else to schedule. That's the case in the Triad, and im sure other places as well.

Those schools are also much bigger than Reidsville. no real reason for them to WANT to schedule little old Reidsville.....it's a lose-lose situation for them. PLUS I can tell you it's not the transfers that make the Rams good. It really is the rec league that starts at like age 5....with people who are out there really teaching the kids from a really early age.... so their progression and understanding is well ahead of other places because of the youth development. and also, besides the football program there isn't anything in Reidsville worth noting to make a family want to come/transfer there. Athletes would be much better served heading to dudley, or page, or typically Northern Guilford, or Eastern Alamance, or some of the forsyth schools before Reidsville. That argument just doesn't hold much water.

I will make the same, accurate claim for Lincolnton and we can close this junk about transfers.

Wolfpackjj, it's good to hear from you, again. Lincolnton wore the yellow/gold uniforms, back then. The Reidsville poster Ram Tough, called them vomit yellow. I guess they still have them stored away in the field house. A few of the local restaurants have a gold jersey on display. I think it was 2012 when they made us stop using them for away games. Now, all visiting teams have to wear white jerseys.

Last I heard you were out of state. Wherever you are I hope they're good to you.
About respect for programs It's surely both ways. You wouldn't think it by the dialogue on these boards but it's all in the spirit of rivalry.

OC Davis, it's good to hear from you. Thanks again, for the barbecue from Tommy's.
I saw where Cheerduck, had posted a comment on this thread. Seems like he knows or knows of family who has a connection to the Reidsville quarterback.

Actually FB capitol Reidsville is 14-0...lol...Lincolnton is 13-1...this is gonna be a classic...just like a regional final should be.....everybody dress warm because the high next friday here is supposed to stay in the 30's...so it will chilly once the sun goes down......

Where's the BBQ place..gonna be hungry!

All-star Team of Western NC, to you sir.

Absolutely. We consider ourselves open-minded enough to accept any all-star, regardless of their home county. Next year, we plan to make a big push into Cleveland County. After all, Shelby only has enough jerseys for 1-99 and can certainly spare a few 4 star studs.

Dang y'all back on the transfer banter again....smh
Thread is running out of steam, Zuke. Already got to the restaurant phase a page earlier than expected. I guess strength of schedule or our lousy defense is next?

Personally, I'd like to know if Deana has decided where she will sit... Whether the Portajons got cleaned...and whether or not Reidsville has a recording of a Ram bleating to play on the PA.??

You are a genius, sir. Open minds and open arms, Lions.

To the LHS Athletics Boosters, I propose we allocate funds for our own Port-a-Mustangs... err Jons.

We will see. My sister is going with me, so just let me know.
Space depends on how many radio stations and press people stake a claim to a seat. Probably no room for a guest. Dhag and TGT are the official statisticians and help the PA guy with spotting.

Here's something interesting former Reidsville Player and my son Jayron Rankin #32 (LB/RB) and Former Lincolnton Player Tyron Roberts (DL) will be riding to Fridays game together. These two Played against each other during the 2014 season and are now teammates Winston Salem State. You can go from being rival/enemies to teammates and friends with the swipe of a pin.

That's fine I know Lincolnton has a lot of media covering their games. Me and sis will sit somewhere in the stadium.
