New Hanover, the only non triangle team, continues to surprise me, although I think they made it to the 3rd round last year. After finishing 5th in the conference this year they are playing well. I am not sure they can beat Green Hope this week, but I said the same about the Enloe. One thing for certain, they are the only Wilmington team that has a history of being able to win versus the Triangle teams.

In 1A west I'd like to see Polk County do something. I think they've been soccer state champs before and they're a traditional 1A where a great many of the other schools left are charters.
