Wherever most of their students would go is what classification they would compete in. That’s chaos. So a charter school could apply for a hardship waiver. Who do they appeal it to and what’s the criteria for approval? What about parochial schools? Are they defined as private schools and included? Additionally, it sounds like the honor system. When do they measure? The 15th day of school?
How is this affected, if at all, by open enrollment? What if different sports have different classifications?
