Word is that the players had a pretty big part in the decision making of the new coach. IMO, the best man won. Congrats Bearcats!

It made sense all along to at least look in house first. Culture is hard to replicate. You can be the greatest coach in the world but if the players don't want to play for you or they can't relate to you, It makes it hard. If those kids stood up for the new coach then that says a lot about him and them. GO BEARCATS!!!!!!
