Team A intercepts pass on last play of the game and during the pick-6 return, Team A is flagged for an illegal block.
Team B accepts the penalty (or otherwise it would have been a TD).
Does the game end on this penalty or does Team A get an untimed down?

By rule, Team A would get an untimed down.

In this same situation in a blowout game with A leading, I've seen the coaches mutually agree to end it at that point, however.

Not a ref, but I've seen many on here post over and over that NO period/quarter can end on ANY, ACCEPTED penalty....and as far as I can tell, this is true in both high school and college, different rule in the NFL, as I believe their rule is that neither half cannot end on a defensive penalty

A dead ball, unsportsmanlike conduct, non-player or a foul that include loss of down would not result in the game being extended.
