East Burke has got to defend the pass for sure. The teams that Bunker Hill has beat had a lot of turnovers for sure!!

I believe this game could stay close. EB is very disciplined but don’t have a ton of speed but if they can play well on the defense and play well on the OL which they have, They have a chance but again Bunker Hill Is their first real test of the season.

I’m behind EB and cheering them, but the 3 wins were against some of the worst teams around. I think the Cavs will come to play and get at em. I’m gonna guess an upset- EB 14 BH7 in a thriller

But they used to lose those games before only 2 wins a year the last 3 years!! we are learning how to win two tough games coming up the next two weeks!!
The thing is nobody actually put down EB. When they beat West Caldwell of course I was happy then Black n Blue game comes up the next week and we figure man this ought to be a better game than usual well they got slaughtered. Hibriten also done a number on BH. It’d gonna be a good game and be anyone’s game IMO cause even though these were not tough opponents for EB, the confidence and good motivation in the 3 wins can carry over or at least we hope it can. They are coming a long way regardless. I can see winning out in conference outside of Hibriten. Can the Cavs hang with Hibriten? Kinda doubt it but I like the momentum that’s going forward right now. With the JVs and middle school doing good we got a lot to look forward to.
You are good just want to give credit to the Coaches and players for buying in to what our new coach Minor is selling. we have been down for so many years and where they have came in just one year is awesome so far !!This team lost a few good players a year ago and that were a 2 and 10 team last year. west Caldwell is going to be a good team the rest of the year looks like. Yes we need our best game Friday night for sure Bunker Hill has got speed!! Hibriten is in a league by them self Go CAVS.
Hibriten may be bout the same as last played season or alittle better. Heard from a fan that even though they won big they still played sloppy so that could mean problems in playoff time. This easy pezzy conference has not helped Hibriten with challenges and they didn’t seem to know what to do with Burns, a team that North Lincoln took down to the wire and I was looking forward to a North Hibriten showdown but it wasn’t to be but North woulda took em’. Maybe they’ll meet up this year we’ll see but don’t have the personnel they did in 19’ to show Hibriten up if they do meet. There’s also Burns and East lincoln too to put Hibriten out.
Also if EB is small 2A they are def a shew in to the brackets, something we’ve missed for a while. I’ve not been in the scene and the mix yet at EB as to who all they have and the athleticism, do they have any track stars speed wise? Any offers for Noah Rooks? Guy seems to be playing at least LR Catawba caliber from what I can see on highlights.
Bunker Hill looks to have speed and size this games will be won up front. I have seen team's try to pass oh BH but not just run at them. should be a good test for East Burke I can see the next two games being tough for EB!!
I thought Bunker Hill was very bad and they will probably come in 2nd place in the conference.🙄
The winner of EB/BH will probably finish 2nd... I thought Bunker Hill looked horrible the 1st week of season and didn’t see anything that made me think they would finish 2nd.... If they beat East Burke by 2-3 TD’s then all I have to say is 😯
Never a lot of speed at East Burke but with coach minor you better be in the weight room to off set the speed! Coach seems to know how to use the talent he has and over come some teams with speed! Next year they go in the conf with Maiden Bandys newton conover that group but 1 year of theses guys learning the system will help!!

Boys ain’t looking good. Thought for sure there be an upset or at least a close game. What happened out there. Last I saw it was 28 zip BH in the 3rd.
Musta been way too much speed. Bunker Hill usually outdoes Hibriten and Shelby track wise in the 100 and 200. It obviously shows
Bunker Hill was fast and tough up front big and physical A lot of miss tackles just a all around bad game for EB. Bad time to be playing Hibriten next week. Now a battle for third place in the conference!
It will basically be a merger of the Northwestern Foothills and South Fork. It will take the current 2A teams from both that are staying 2A except Patton who is getting screwed.
Interesting merger and all close or responsibly close. It’d stink for the 2A teams that are already having it hard in 2a to have to jump to 3A and have it even harder. Just ask West Iredell and North Lincoln lol
East Burke is in a disadvantage with speed with the make up of the students they have. That need to change that!!
I looked up their % of races and they actually have Below Avg (for the state of NC) of % in every race other than White.
yes Patton is traveling a long ways. should have put at least the two Lincoln schools in the Burns conf.
