Good season fellas, no team making a deep run this year unfortunately. Good competition during conference play though. Realignment will be interesting. Round ball and wrestling mat for the next few months.

@amaidendevil as soon as the 🧩s come in, please the L-Town Wolves know.

It’s been real guys and I’ll miss yall. Some I’ll see posting some I may not. We’ll see what WC boys and EB girls do in the hoops. Whoever has the best mat boys cheers for a good season as well.

Big games to see just because your CVAC season is over, don’t stop now.

Watauga vs Mallard Creek. If you like a mountain journey and braving the cold. Should be a killer game. Watauga pulled it off last year but this year may be different.

Ashbrook @ North Lincoln. Expect a crowd and a rumble. North looking to kill the 3rd round blues and make history but those Greenwaves are TOUGH. Will they have some run stuffers to take down Wingate we’ll see. Not sure what their weaknesses are but North will HAVE to get some lucky calls, pressure on the QB and D backfield on their best if they hope to see 4th round. Y’all come on out.

Oh yeah Crest @ Hickory. A game right in the heart of the CVAC. What was I smoking. This one will be good too. I’ll take Hickory by 14 in their hardest game yet. Crest ain’t no joke but I can’t see them making it to the big one. Dudley seems to be playing at a new level and JM Robinson is turning heads too. It’s gonna be interesting

Congratulations to Coach Angle for being named Conference Coach of the Year! I might be biased, but very deserving given the job he has done in two short seasons turning this program around.

Sophomore Linebacker Jalaythan Mayfield was named Conference Defensive Player of the Year and Junior Kicker Dominic Sanchez was named Special Teams Player of the Year!

Go Wolves!

Good competitive season for the CVAC. Most of the teams will still be together next season but will be interesting to see who gets put into our conference. I will see you all next season I'm sure. Don't really get into basketball much. Might make the Christmas tournament but that's about it.
