Here are some FUN FACTS KM defense gave up 31 total POINTS TO BURNS and SHELBY, CREST [SUPER TEAM] DEFENSE gave up 67 POINTS to BURNS and SHELBY just some FUN FACTS.

Everyone that has watched Crest pretty much knows that the defense is not the strength of the team …. And everyone knows it … but can you out score them ?
The defense is not complete trash because it was the reason for the Gaffney win and gets some stops when needed the most.
If the defense can improve just 30% more though out the year 3a is on notice cause that offense is OUTSTANDING

Shelby will continue to get better. We just got beat by The #1 3a team by a few touchdowns and scored 38 against them. The game before that we lead a very good 3a AC Reynolds team until the fourth quarter and got beat by a touchdown. By the end of the season we will be a tough out. The Chargers will be a tough out and may win it all because of their offense. They will outscore everyone. As our quarterback continues to get experience, Shelby in the playoffs I think will be up there with Reidsville, Monroe, Burns, Forest Hills, Clinton, etc.

I think the CREST QB is very GOOD but I PERSONALLY think the BURNS QB is the best QB in the COUNTY.
Both are very good and fun to watch..
In the last 2 years I have seen Crest 4 times and Burns 5 times and if I had a team and got to pick between the 2 I would go with Huskey. I think he throws one of the prettiest (most accurate) deep balls I have seen in a long time in high school.
Here is another fun fact! If you turn the ball over 2-3 times your TOAST!!!😂

KM vs Crest is a long way off and both teams will have to deal with SP before they can meetup. It’s tempting to look ahead but there is business to be handled. I do agree that if KM and Crest enter that game with both undefeated the pregame hype will be insane. First things first however.

He did this past Friday. A couple incredible throws. But KM is a different animal and that is why Cleveland County football is so good.

Out of their remaining schedule there is only ONE team that "possibly" beats the Chargers and thats South Point..Ball control 17 play drives HAVE to score every single possession and keep that offense off field.. Crest wont slow down the redbone, I know it,they know it and the one eyed midget ticket taker selling pall malls by the single knows it too... While I say that not a prayer SP stops the Crest offense so they better hope to go 17 play drives

Crest did a pretty good job of slowing the Red Bone in the playoff game I thought.
But you are right can not let SP have 17 play drives.
SP better score all I am saying.
Exactly they have to score after a long drive because if they get down two scores then it’s over.
If we get 1 stop and they get down 2 scores it's over. All it takes is one holding call or a fumble. But our run defense has been poor. Hopefully with a bye week we can get some things cleared up.
Kings Mountain is averaging over 150yds passing per game. That’s low for us compared to previous years but we have not really tried to pass much in 2nd half’s of games. QB1 had 12 completions and a td pass against Burns so I wouldn’t say that we have “no passing at all”. We had the ball four times in first half against Burns and scored 3tds. Big completions on each drive when needed. Burns tried to stack the box against the run in the first half and paid for it. Offense is still evolving and progressing. KM is a pretty balanced team overall in all three phases. Just need to clean up kickoff coverage and run blocking.
