Cardinal Gibbons and Bishop McGuiness are both in the NCHSAA Complain about the Parochials but I have written on the boards for years that the fear, especially in the smaller classes, would be the charters, open magnets, and counties with very loose enrollment/residency policies. The Parochials are the least thing to be concerned about for the majority of the schools.
