Largest: Grimsley: Wide open bowl style stadium. Only thing sucked is we had walk a lot bc only home side had the concessions opened.
Best Bleachers: Mooresville
Best Field (Natural): Concord/Shelby
Best Field (Turf) : Mooresville
Best Atmosphere: Scotland Co.
Best Sound System: N/A
Overall best: Kannapolis: The homes on the away side are always welcoming n great supporters of AL Brown, I liked their Natural Field better than Turf (It’s bit boring turf wise) and I like their overall setup of their stadium. Fans are solid and A lot history n Traditions at AL Brown

Worst: South Iredell or Hibriten: Both have very small visitor sides is the main reason for both. Parking at Hibriten is challenge to get out and SI field isn’t the best.

Stadiums I’d like to Visit:
Crest
King Mtn
Cherokee
Reidsville
Gaffney
Dillon
Richmond
Etc etc

You have to go to Richmond and Scotland at Richmond. I think it would be awesome with the new lights. Scotland and Richmond hasn’t played at Richmond since the new lights . So if both teams are top notch this year I think it maybe pretty awesome

Nice stadiums that I visited. Asheville high, Mooresville, AL Brown, Shelby, South Point, Concord, Maiden. In South Carolina I visited Stratford High. That was really nice stadium. The ones I like to visit is Cherokee, Richmond, Scotland, Gaffney.
I know South Iredell needs bigger stadium. I’m interested to see Weathers Creek high football field and Stadium after it’s built.

Same for Harding.
Harding's football stadium has been improved greatly. Not like typical big 4a county schools but much better.

Really like Crest football stadium. Also Scotland County is nice but it seems to be way out and detached form the school. Richmond County stadium/atmosphere is tops when its a big game. If not its pretty pedestrian. Really like Charlotte Catholic is nice too.

Worst: South point high School in Belmont. I was worried about getting hepatitis from the dirty stands. The fans all looked the same because they all came from the same family.

Best: Catawba Ridge in Fort Mill. One of the best looking Fields I've ever seen.

I need to get in on seeing some Charlotte games. Wouldn’t mind going to Charlotte Catholic for a game. Also Mallard Creek, Chambers. I did see a game at North Meck., Hough and Hopewell. I been to the old Davie high stadium but not the new one since the school has been built. Also forgot to list Crest as well.

Best Field (Natural): Concord/Shelby

No way Concord had the best natural field. It was terrible that is why they are going to turf. Besides Northwest they had the worse field in cabarrus county.
I liked it Esp when it was dead bc the Black went really so they really didn’t had gold. I like it with their color scheme- Ofc it could be a shit hole but when it was take care of it really popped

Old Reservation in Gaffney, Richmond, East Burke and Watauga were nice. Davie did some nice things after their remodel.

Lot of Wake County schools had comical visitor sections. Even for the older established schools and not the cookie cutter new ones. Page was one that disappointed with all their tradition.

Only thing I like about LN is Their Home side is pretty nicely setup and Their press box is apart of the school building so their press box is pretty nice

One thing I notice there a lot HS that have their stadiums at their Junior HS/Middle School/Elementary Campuses

Best places I have seen as a coach
Asheville
Grimsley
AC Renyolds
Lincolnton
Richmond County
Ashbrook
Rocky Mount
Pinecrest

Catawba Ridge and Nation Ford have the 2 best stadiums that I have been to in the Charlotte area.
Really like the old school feel of Mooresville, Catholic and Myers Park.
Need to venture outside of Charlotte to Richmond County.

Cherokee is very nice. For a middle school game. Cherokee is incredibly small
Maybe so but I love the setup school wise and I like the overall football setup. and its a beautiful view but its just my opinion , home side isnt that bad

Asheville is easily the nicest stadium, only thing I hate about it is the parking is HORRIBLE (especially for visitors), oh I also hate the team that plays there 🤣🤣 but I also respect them as our rival.

Ragsdale is pretty lack-luster. Adequate seating, but terrible set up for visitors. The only concessions and bathrooms in the whole place are underneath the press box. Honestly, if you can't do visitor side bathrooms, you ought to be required to have a port a john or two in place over there.

Providence was like that last time we played there in 2016, no bathrooms on visitor side.

Hate Ragsdale stadium, cement seats on homesite, they need to be high, can't see if you sit on bottom 2 rows, visitor side bleachers used to be iffy but I think they've fixed them. Nice scoreboard though

Not a fan of Nation Ford’s stadium. Only has 10-12 rows of seats even on the home side. Turf is nice though.
