Coach is meeting with someone today. Hopefully we'll have a kicker soon. We only have a shot at one kid, if it doesn't work out we will have to finish the season without a kicker. There are no other options from what I've been told.

Come on now brother, short week and playing unfamiliar opponent, can't base off one game.
Swo stacked the box and wrh couldnt run on swo first half. Put scored three passing tds, second half wore us down and curb stomped the boys in the second half. WRH isn't as good as they have been, but don't sleep on them dogs....
How is Reidsville's running attack this year? I'm hearing y'all have two good backs. Could you please shed some light on this Reidsville team compared to last year's. It would be much appreciated. Thanks
One chance better then no chance. Hope you can get that fixed, deep playoff runs come down to kickers more then some like. Each year swo won a title, had a top notch kicker. Swo was blessed 3 brothers all kicked at swo 1999-2006
We believe WRH is the team to beat in the East. That's coming from the top of the chain.

Agreed, we don't have to stop him every time and we won't. That kid can ball, he will break thru and score on us. We just have to try and get a few stops if we were to meet up. If we do that we should have an opportunity to win.
Until you meet a Reidsville or shelby team, who will embarrass you everytime with a short TD drive. Kicking is a huge part of the game, when two even matched teams meet brother
James, Coach Moore was meeting with one of our soccer ⚽ players this morning. I know the kids name but I don't want to post it. He thinks he has a 50/50 shot. Coach understands all of our concerns about not having a kicker, believe me. He said we don't even have one player on the team that can kick a PAT much less a fg.
Our QB punted the ball for us last night and did pretty well. He's no Caleb Brickhouse but he exceeded expectations
Watched Reidsville vs Cummings, fast fwd thru some parts but I saw enough. Really liked #5 Watlington for the Rams. He's a difference maker and will be a handful for opposing teams. Another player, I believe Cam impressed as well. Qb has the height of former NE QB Dallas Hall but he needs some more experience. Just like our QB Melson he just needs more time. If, and that's a BIG if NE and Reidsville were to meet up for a Rd 3, I think we would see a very even matchup. I would actually give NE the advantage talent wise. Your thoughts @tarheel fan1
Same here, Isn't that your team? Coach Moore tried to schedule them ooc and they declined. A few years back posters up here used to say we never played anyone so after reading these threads our coach has tried repeatedly year in and year out to schedule teams from the ECC only to be turned down every time. I'd love for East Duplin to come here. I have a good friend from that program.
Coach Moore doesn't care, he's like the honey badger. We may not win but he will take board a bus and take our program anywhere in the state with no home and home agreement. One thing he's not lacking is confidence and heart. You know that Otis from speaking with him. His motto is "anyone,anywhere,anytime". There are very few coaches out there like that. He tried his best to get WRH two weeks ago to host us with like 36 hrs notice. He was ready to get on the bus and roll out. I will back him 💯 on this, he's not scared to do battle with anyone.
Reidsivlle is really young. Not sure what game you watched, we haven't played Cummings. I know we didn't look good vs Rockingham. But we looked really good against 4a Page, imo. Rockingham isn't that bad this year they are 3-1. We only have one really good back in Watlington, the sophomore running is pretty good, but he will be good his jr and sr year. We also have two really good wr, who can flat out fly. Defense is about the same as last year, we are about to get our best defensive player back soon. The sophomore qb is going to be really good. This team is kind of like that 2018 team you played in the state championship.
You and I drive that far just to go see good hsfb games and many times we have no connections to the teams we watch play. We just love to see good games
Lol, I meant Rockingham County. I didn't think RC looked good at all, at least on YouTube they didn't. I haven't seen Page but I'm sure they were.
Rockingham had us scouted well. They are a average team.
I would love a matchup against East Duplin!!! I've never been to a game between our teams. Just to ease your mind, I'm 1000% confident East Duplin will make the playoffs. My buddy Brad Whaley is a huge ED fan. He's on these boards but he never posts. BRAD WHALEY!!! COME ON MAN, POST UP HERE FOR YOUR BOYS.
Wallace is legit, but if you can find a way to stop that stud rb Kanye then you boys will have an opportunity to win. I'm a fan of East Duplins offense. I watched you guys last year against Clinton. I also watched another game as well, Im pretty certain it was against WRH. I watched on NFHS
I know Wallace is legit. That will be a tough game. Guess we hope to be able to hang around till the 4th and see want happens

This rivalry is certainly tops in our neck of the woods. Both of these programs have the potential to go far this yr. It kinda resembles 2017, when we both represented well. Yal beat us that yr if u remember 14-12 on a botched xtr pt. I see same kinda game this yr. Maybe a different result- but it aint no shame in losing when these two get together.
