Don't get me wrong- some of those schools certainly wanted to weaken the league. I know JK was pushing a lot of options. Theyd love to be away from Clinton AND Wallace lol.

But I don't think the league was ever gonna stay together red=gardless just based on the way schools fell on the map.

Finally a voice of reason. Appreciate the feedback. I think most knowledgeable posters knew and understood there was no "vote".

I think the new ECC in football is on par with the previous group. Clinton/Midway for SWO/Kinston is a wash to me. Goldsboro/Spring Creek for North Lenoir/South Lenoir is also about the same and will be better assuming SL actually plays all the times in the league unlike SC has done the last two seasons.

South Lenoir will play every Friday. Even them being an average team is a crapshoot though.

Im sure that makes it easier on the ADs. I saw they were looking for a new coach a couple of weeks ago. Anyone know if they made a hire?
