Mooresville's Coach Capps has retired from NC and taken the HC position at Seneca HS in SC. Thats a tough loss for is, not only was he a great HC, but he did so much forbthe community here as well. We were very fortunate to have him as long as we did. Truely wish him nothing but the best at Seneca.

I suspect this is going to be a highly sought after job. Gonna be quite the list of applicants i think. Who do you guys think would be a good fit for us?

Not football. The wrestling forum has been deleted. Newton Conover won two matches tonight to advance to the state championship finals. They will face Dixon High from the east again in the finals.

Ten straight years Newton has been in the final four and this is the sixth finals in that ten years. Titletown keeps adding trophies to the many cases. Finals are Saturday at Newton. Go Red Devils.

Thoughts on Thomasville joining the Randolph County teams along with J Matthews and HP Andrews? Talk was the Dogs would be in the conference with all the Davidson county teams that they have been rivals with for many years. And no Thomasville-Lexington game to end the season with playoff implications, wow!
