Ashbrook @ North Lincoln

NL does spread the ball around pretty well. Wingate is the fullback and he’s a beast. Agee is a wing and has great speed. He filled in at FB when Wingate was hurt last year and he can get the tough yards too. Folk is another wing with pretty good speed. Sipe is the QB and he executes the offense very well. Probably throws 4-5 passes a game. Nothing flashy. Doesn’t keep it a ton either, but he can.

NL has a game every once in a while where they fumble 5 times. If that happens, anyone left in the playoffs will beat them. They are capable of beating a lot of teams but they seem to be capable of self-destructing, too. I’m interested to see if they can contain Ashbrook’s speed.

Playing SP twice will definitely help Ashbrook prepare for this one.

But I know this is gonna be a knockdown, drag out, fight to the death war between 2 teams who not only want to keep playing but want to beat each other so bad they can’t stand it. This is why we love high school football. If you in the area I would advise you be at the pound on Friday night. And id advise you to be there early

Agree, I said i didn't know about last reclassification numbers but do remember they where higher than the 2 Asheville schools because it was talks about the reason they were higher classification than WC on the boards.
As far as this year's numbers, those numbers came directly from both the West Charlotte school secretary and was connected to the registar to confirm( over a property in the area and wanted to know numbers). So if it's inaccurate, the schools info is inaccurate. I'll leave it be at that but if you want to confirm, talk directly with the person in charge of attendance, the registar.

I have taken all 444 eggs and juggled them. I did it the most equitable way possible. But I'm just one man and they don't care my opinion. I don't care that the switch was made...I care they didn't give an educated answer as to why it was made and what benefit (or lack thereof) there was in making it.

As of today. I finished making conferences for all 444 schools. Probably won't be near what the NCHSAA presents to the realignment committee...but it's done and it will be sent to the representative in our area for review/consideration. Maybe they'll trash it, maybe they'll compare it to what the NCHSAA gives them. Who knows.

As for the NR game I don't know why they ever went away from the running game, they moved it pretty good against us straight up the b and c gap. I watched the heritage hayesville game and seen several plays that NR done against us that heritage was doing as well. Definitely going to have to find a way to stop it.

I dont have a score prediction, but I don't think we lose by more than 20, Unless of course we just turn it over alot.

I agree with you. Credit to EW for a good season and winning a couple of playoff games. In the past, it seems like even when EW had a good regular season they get thumped early on in the playoffs when they run into teams with more speed and athletes. So good for them on winning in the post season and playing after T-giving. But I think they get a reality check against MH. EW has some good teams for NW NC at times. But it seems like they simply don't have the speed, agility and athletes at that school to get super deep in the playoffs.

It’ll remain EU Eagles from good sources I’ve spoken with. PR nightmare in changing the school’s name. Lots of history in that name.
