I know this will ruffle some feathers but I feel like it's common sense that Charlotte football is that another level than the rest of the state. I think the state championship will come down to Weddington and Hough next week. I don't feel like teams like East Forsyth have a chance to play in the big game but that's just me.

He’s honestly a savior for many nchsfb junkies, especially in the east. The livestream sometimes drags because it’s hard to get a good signal at the complex. Somehow he gets it to work though.

These stats are really irrelevant, but for the sake of the conversation….he didnt mention which team averaged more yards per carry…that stat didn’t fit his narrative.

The Charlotte Observer used to hang around Butter Fly Stadium back in the day, especially the year the B-Flys led the state in penalty yardage. Heaven forbid you got knocked out of bounds on their sideline, with their taunting with the one fanger salutes. The main thing i remember about B Fly Stadium was their promotion to win a new Honder vehicle. If your lucky number was called , you had to stand on one twenty yard line and throw the football through the uprights a mere ninety yards away. When everyone figured out nobody could accomplish this feat, they put a pea green Pinto at the fifty yard line at halftime. Mister Honder had had a few drinks that evening, and after clearing it with the Charlotte Police, it was determined Mister Honder could drive a few yards on the field without acquiring a DUI. So he gets in the Honder and rams the Pinto and of course it explodes all to hell, but nobody was injured and it appeared to sober up Mister Honder a bit . They'd do shat like this to take away from their plethora of penalties.

hes not me...if youve known me ive came with names and actual info of kids coming and stuff Brand was looking to do and what to look out for...this guy is an imposter trying to sound like me..going online and googling google crap. I was in practices, going to camps..coaching and training certain kids. I knew Ifedi was going to be good (not that good) but i seen him train and put in the work. I knew stefon thompson and power echols as frshmen and knew they were going to b special..along with stephen sings and Concepion. This guy is jus filler trying to sound like me.. With no #71 clogging the middle on D or opening holes on O I could see this one getting out of hand with a tough road game environment as a backdrop.

If Murphy keeps this game competitive it will mean #5 really showed out. #5 will have to match or exceed last week's performance for Murphy to stay within striking distance tomorrow night.

No hes right...hes an imposter...ive been away because i have no ties to the school any more and because Vance...i mean chambers and creek isnt creek anymore i didnt have any reason to care about Nc HS football. And to be honest with NC football being a top 5 state in talent and the higher ups not looking to open up the rules (and money) to top coaching talent theres no need in me caring. I loved the kids and watching them compete and go on to making their lives better but as far as going to the practices and knowing all the inside stuff, camps, coaching..i jus got burnt out. I may pop in from time to time jus to be nosy thats about it!!

Only game Hough lost to was RH Northwestern 45-44. Hough had a good lead but gave the lead up. RH Northwestern is still in the playoffs in the 5A Div 2 bracket and they will take on Gaffney tomorrow night as well. RH Northwestern is 12-0.
