in all honesty i think it will be close for a good portion. Dogs pull away late. 35-21.

If we can keep it close the first half, 3rd qtr will be the key for SWO. It always seems thats when we "go to the dogs sort of speek". Within 7-10 points going into the 4th I like our chances. It will be a tall order against the Dogs for sure. Hope turnovers are not a problem with either team. I just want a straight up slobber knocker for 48 minutes. The Turtle and the Hare. Dogs like a fast start and Stallions slow and true.

2-3 more TD's. Where do you get that from ?? They didnt have 100 on the ground and just over 50 passing. SWO with a fumble recovery and 2 Int. may have had something to do with that. Of their 27 pts our Off gave up 2 to em, both Long returns for TD.



Whatever we did good Friday night will be overshadowed by the 7 fumbles (lost 6 and 2 returned for TDs). We ran 6 backs and did ok on the ground. Fumbled it away more than once going in for a TD. Not gonna Ifa-Woulda-Coulda. But the game was closer than the score indicates.

Bottom line is we will give you a game Friday night. Will we win .... I think so. You got it going fast and we have to get going. Might as well start here.

Although I did not go to this game. Took a ride to SC to only have Havelock game canceled. I heard that the Cards could not have played worst then they did yet still won 27-0. SWO was their usual self Huge offensive line that’s going to be a problem for most 2A schools. So the Stallions will win a bunch. Will not be surprised if this is not closer then what most think either.

SWO has never been a good passing team. Coach Padgett always said, 4 things can happen with a pass and 3 are BAD. When we had good QBs or recievers they were never in the same season. With Stallion tradition a good QB to us is one who is dangerous running the ball.

Having a QB that can run behind these huge O-lines is exactly what SWO has been missing. Not saying our QB can't run, but we use to always have a QB that could scoot.

It's easy, have a kid named Freshwater who can sack the running QB and turn around and torch them for 60 yard runs for tds on offense. Maybe the dogs could start their water boy and call him freshwater? Close enough? Maybe coach Mot can connect the rest of the dots but that's a good start.

Easy to avoid our Left Tackle .... dont put any one in front of him. Just put your Def line stacked on the Right. We promise not to run Left .......

I think WRH would have won in 17. If Melvin Scott for ED would not have gotten hurt,I think ED would have won that game. Also think if WRH/ Reidsville played 10 times in 17, they would have split

I still think this game is going to come down to defense and time of possession. I know WRH will be looking to get out to a fast start. They will have to be careful if SWO is able to ground and pound and get 3 or 4 yards consistently with their oline, they could control the clock and eat up quarters. This is a bad recipe for WRH. It will keep the ball out of their offenses hands. Next thing you know it could be the 4th quarter and SWO could be within a score of taking the game. The first 2 possessions will tell alot about what gameplan to use for the rest of the game. WRH may be better served being patient and try to do the same as what SWO will need to do and eat up some clock. What plays out on each teams first 2 possessions will be crucial in my opinion.

I can just about guarantee fans from SWO and WRH respect the crap out of each other. Both schools have pretty stout resume’s and not just in football. They both have winning traditions that just seem to keep rolling along. They are both very run heavy teams and very similar using their speed to their advantage. As an added bonus both schools bleed orange and black and both schools LOVE beating the crap out of jk. You just can’t go wrong with that.

I'm gonna try and listen to the WRH broadcast first tonight. I hope they do as good a job as Billy and Melvin do. If youre gonna post play by play they need to describe every play, giving the down and yardage along with players and who did what, for both teams. I know a lot of other broadcasts for teams I've listened to seem to enjoy a lot of chatter not related to the game. The Dynamic Duo of SWO keep it all about the game with a lot of stats, history of both teams and records against each other. With teams like WRH there will be a lot of comparison against each other over the years.

Menu tonight at SWO#1 snack bar is Chili Dogs and maybe even an adult beverage. If you're in SW Missouri this evening drop on by and we will chow down on some dogs ( lame pun intended) while we listen to the game. I would throw it on the speakers instead of head phones .....

SWO has the advantage in this case of gaining major practice time with there conference schedule, while allot of top programs take a beating trying to win there conference.

SWO will prolly take a serious L against WRH this go around, but if they meet again I wouldn't put it past the Stallions to win later on.

Wake Forest and Havlock are both weak this season, so you all have a shot.

WRH would not have won it in 17. Most of your eastern teams can't pass and the offensive schemes are still stuck in the late 80s. You can't just line up and run on any playoff team in the west without some kind of functioinal passing game. Those attempts I saw WRH passing in 2017 were horrible. Put ya'll in 2AA west and you would NOT have gotten past the 2nd round, because to win it you would have had to go through 4 rounds of champions(Newton, South Point, Shelby, Hibriten).

Wake Forest not as strong as last year’s team? Having seen them play twice-no.

Does Wallace have a chance to beat them? Sure.

Wake’s D-line is not nearly as big as teams in the past.

The only issue Wallace will have to battle is depth.

Hibriten and South Point are primarily running teams aswell. Its not a dead style of play WRH proved it in 2017 beating Reidsville....like someone mentioned above East Duplin's Melvin Scott doesnt get hurt they beat Hibriten that same year aswell.

Pass against Northeastern this season if you want too. You may not have QBs for very long. Freshwater and Spellman will turn your passing team into a wildcat team very quickly lol
