Well I never took a SAT actually almost failed algebra in HS just went to community college. I should have taken computer programming we had one quarter of it but a friend in my electronics class went on and also took computer programing and ended up being over the IT department at the Biltmore estates and after several jobs just ended back in my family's flower shop but I was real good at it now I do wood art as a hobby now that I'm on disability.
My youngest daughter and her husband graduated from NC State he's a nuclear engineer knows a little more math then us 😂

You guys lose me at English. I went to Appalachian State one summer thinking about becoming an algebra teacher but on the entrances exam while I tested out of all the math classes until I got into the major itself it was a totally opposite case for English and after the semester I decided not to stay I figured I'd never get thur literature.
Do you still have the book and the girlfriend?
Well I’m only a 3/4 educated country boy. Left after junior year of college because I thought I would make more raising tobacco. Never regretted it because I did and got to watch three children participate in all kinds of activities including sports. Only thing is retirement is all on a farmer to provide his own pension. And insurance.
Still like numbers though 😂
And you could have done the English. Just have to think in terms of equations. It’s how I sorta picked up Spanish. There’s a mathematical rhythm to everything!!!

If Albemarle finishes with a losing record can the still.get the automatic bid for top 1A team in split conference? Or they have to finish above .500 to do so?

Only thing I can find is saying Split conference with 2A schools — 1-seeds must be in the top 3 or have an overall win percentage of .500 or better to be seeded with the 1-seeds, or else be seeded with the 2s and wild-cards.
They're in the top 3, so they get that bid?

After this Friday, South Stanly should be 2-2 in conference and more than likely, Albemarle will be too. SS won the head to head so that should bump them above Albemarle.
If I understood the handbook correctly, you don't figure out the OWP like that. You take the average of all the teams winning percentages not adding the records to figure it out.

Wouldn’t that still be using same numbers though? Average being added all games won/lost by opponents then dividing by eight or nine: amount of games thus giving you the mean?
I noticed I had an extra field selected in excel where I was doing the math. The .66667 for Robbinsville is correct based on the handbook. I also made an edit to the post above.
It could be the same but not always. Here is Robbinsville broken down.

I was just going by how to calculate it and that's how every example explains it including the NCAA. Thing is some come out exactly the same and that's how I thought I did last year and had no issues.
But yeah added the averages like 7-1 =.875 then ÷9 games and got it . I thought I already tried it that way but apparently not. But thanks

Just how many teams make the playoff's this year? 64? SMH That's the first and biggest problem we have.

There is an official RPI thread I stated weeks ago to be updated.
Then it needs updated often. Why was mine singled out when there was one yesterday? Why Is BUZZ allowed to belittle my every post ???????????????? I can get his every post locked like he has mine in the past ! ! ! He needs to grow up and stop trying to make me look bad.................... I can start doing him the same way. He is a BABY MAN ! Someone give him his Pacifier.....................
